    After a water leak in my mother's home, her insurance contacted ServiceMasters to handle the remediation and restoration work. From the very beginning of this process, we were very impressed with the promptness, care, and understanding by this group of people. They were always on time, friendly, and responsive to any questions we had. The quality of work and restoration was great and we would recommend them for any repairs needed. A special thank you to Liana and Artim for their skill and friendliness!

    The dealings we have had with Jason at ServiceMaster Restore have been excellent and the work exceptional as well. For a great company that does great work when you have had a flood, fire or other damage, I highly recommend this company!

    I had a sewage backup due to 72 ft of collapsed sewer line. My insurance company promptly contacted ServiceMaster. They sent Jason Fleming out. Jason was very thorough and a comforting presence after such a disaster. The crew that came out to catalog my items was very kind and thoughtful. Everyone makes mistakes though and they did accidentally damage something of my daughter's. Jason did an excellent job taken care of that and only came at me with kindness. There was no arguing or saying that his crew didn't do it, which I really appreciated during this stressful time. A young man from that crew removed the wood paneling in my basement to reveal material latent defects that were very obviously disclosed from me during the sale of this house when I bought it a year ago. He brought me downstairs and showed me the defects and advised me that that was not part of my insurance claim and that I would have to take care of that separately. I really appreciated that. It showed that they were really looking out for me. There wasn't uploading error when it came to our contents that was deemed non-restorable. Jason promptly sent out someone the next day to re-catalog everything. Because I have no skills or knowledge in this area of work, I'm not well, and I'm a lady who lives alone, I opted for the insurance to pay out service Master's directly for all of the work. However, because of the material latent defects that were discovered, Jason called me and advised me that that probably wasn't a good idea because they would have to do work up until a certain point and then stop and then wait for me to have other contractors come in and fix what was behind my walls and then come back, which would incur extra cost for me that were not included in the estimate that they insurance agreed to pay. I felt like he really was looking out for me when he made that phone call. He was looking out for my best interest instead of what suited his company's bottom line, and I really appreciate it that. So I went with the cash out option, and if I can't find the right contractor for me locally, I will be paying service Masters out of my cash out to do the work because I trust them. I trust Jason.

    Service master was assigned to us due to a fire in our home, they took care of all of the clean up, the disposal of all the things that were damaged. The team we had worked so hard to get us back in as fast as possible! It is is appreciated. I would 1000 percent recommend service masters and to anyone in our situation. They definitely took so much of our stress away. They made a horrible situation really as good as it could have been, and the staff genuinely showed a lot of compassion through the whole thing. House is spotless. Very efficient and effective team.

    ServiceMaster was the responding company when my condo flooded in early January. From the first moment their professionalism was first rate. Later, as work progressed, Liana was awesome!! She never failed to answer any questions as they arose with a very positive response and she helped resolve much of my stress!! Shoutout to Mo as well from After 8 flooring for helping me pick out new flooring over the phone as I was 2 hours away. Many thanks
