  We experienced a basement flood on Father’s Day (June 21, 2026). Before any help arrived from either our Landlord’s insurance company & our own insurance provider, my husband Neil and our oldest son, Carlo, took the initiative to rent equipment and start removing the water to minimize the damage. Initially, another restoration company was assigned to the job, but we experienced delays, inconsistent information, unanswered calls, and a lack of follow-through. Although we were told work could begin right away, nothing happened. Everything changed when our insurance adjuster sent Jeremy D., Project Manager from ServiceMaster Restoration Services — to assess our damaged contents. He listened to our concerns, communicated clearly with both my husband and our landlord, and assured us that once the paperwork was started, their team would get to work immediately. True to their word, the ServiceMaster crew arrived that same day and promptly began the remediation process. They removed the wet carpet, cut out the affected drywall throughout the basement, and addressed the flood damage right away. Unlike the previous company, which claimed a large bin or sea can was required before work could begin, ServiceMaster completed the job efficiently without those delays. The crew was professional, organized, efficient, and hardworking. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and both we and our landlord were impressed by how quickly and effectively they handled everything. Experiencing a flood is incredibly stressful, but the ServiceMaster team made the remediation process much easier. I only wish I had gotten the names of every crew member to recognize them for their hard work and dedication. Please extend our sincere gratitude to everyone involved in helping restore our home. We are truly grateful for their prompt response, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.   I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and recognize the incredible team at ServiceMaster—Justin D., Lorie S., Hope N., Ali F., Project Manager Shin, and your amazing on-call coordinator, Siana. I know this has been an exceptionally busy season with all of the heavy rain and the number of homes requiring assistance, yet every interaction with your team has been positive. They have been professional, kind, patient, and incredibly easy to work with during what has been a very stressful experience for our family. The remediation and demolition crew worked hard, treated our home with care and respect, and always took the time to answer questions and keep us informed. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people they are helping, and that doesn’t go unnoticed. Please pass along our heartfelt thanks to the entire team. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication have turned a difficult situation into one that felt manageable, and we are truly grateful for everything they have done.   I can’t begin to say how much I appreciated the work by Priscilla and her teams. Made a super stressful situation so much easier and lighter. Awesome people that came into our house and removed everything that was damaged by recent flood. So helpful!! Took care of all arrangements for us. Such a relief!!

  I had an unfortunate sewer backup due to a power outage at the beginning of May 2026 and Garry and his team from Service Master of Edmonton responded for the cleanup immediately the next morning (which was a Sunday), and the entire team was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I live over an hour from Edmonton and the cleanup team from Service Master showed up on time every day with a smile on their faces and ready to go. I would highly recommend Service Master and thoroughly enjoyed working with Garry, Jelo and all the other team members. Courtney was also very professional and very helpful when it came to keeping me updated on the progress of the claim as well as answering any questions that I had.

  If I could give ServiceMaster Restoration ten stars, I would. After all the rain finally took out my sump pump and left me with a flooded disaster, Keaton, Ryley, and David didn’t just show up to the they showed UP. These three are absolute professionals and genuinely some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Calm, confident, and incredibly skilled, they walked me through the entire insurance claim process and made something I was dreading feel completely manageable. They worked their tails off, treated my home with more care than I could’ve asked for, and never once cut a corner. Keaton, Ryley, and David are the kind of people who restore your faith in good, honest, hardworking service. ServiceMaster is lucky to have them. If you ever find yourself in a water-damage nightmare, do yourself a favor and ask for this crew by name. Absolute legends every single one of them. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
