  Brandon came to service our 2 A/C units. Very pleasant to deal with. Did excellent work. Explained what he had done and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend recommend Brandon.

  Aiden and Kiara came over to conduct an annual check on our furnaces and air conditioners. They were friendly, efficient and competent. I look forward to seeing them again when maintenance is due.

  Adam Did maintenance on my furnace, air conditioner, and tankless hot water He’s very thorough , on time and even checked the water. Hardness because of the calcification on my humidifier Would recommend Adam anytime

  My technician’s name was Callaghan He was very polite and well mannered he asked if I had any concerns and when I brought my concerns up to him, he took them seriously and took action right away and got me the answers I needed by. You inspected my furnace and air conditioner and was very professional in the work that he did.

  I purchased the Enercare program and have normally had very good technicians and service on an annual basis. This wasn’t. The technician wore his boots in the house and trailed dirt and leaves on the stairs and into the laundry room. He was on the phone about a part saying the prior technicians have messed up the unit using power tools which stripped all the screws and it now needs new parts. He didn’t communicate anything about the status of the furnaces despite many questions. When cleaning the A/C unit, he used a garden hose which brought all the debris into the cement pad. Prior techs used a brush and the debris was then easy to clean. He maybe said 10 words over 2 hours and the best I could get about the health of the furnaces was, “looks good.”
