Hired a plumber to come out to inspect a couple unknown pipes. Since it was after hours, the technician was honest and told us he was an HVAC specialist and not a plumber. He opened the pipes, looked in and closed them back up. Unfortunately, had it been an actual plumber, our issue could have been solved. Instead we paid for a service that wasn’t completed. I wish they were forthcoming about the after hours services they “provide”.

I called because my landlord wasn't helping to fix my plumbing problem. I asked if they could tell me what the problem was, and they told me that they needed the owner to call. Obviously the owner wasn't going to call anybody. When I pushed a little further and asked the same question again, they said, " Our plumbers are ALL on vacation!" Sorry, that is not customer service. This would have been a quick five minute call resulting in money in their pockets. Honestly, I could have had them come in, fix the problem without the owner even knowing. All parties would have been happy because it would have been done professionally. So buyer beware!

Aiden, Technician who serviced our furnace and AC unit through the Advantage Program, was polite, thorough, careful, made sure that we understood what he had done during the servicing process, and before he left ensured that we did not have any outstanding questions. He also took the time to call the office to advocate on our behalf regarding obtaining a cover for our AC unit. We received a call back from the office that very afternoon. We have complete confidence in Aiden’s knowledge and skills. We would be more than happy to have him return for future annual servicing.

The sale guy did a good job to sell his product it is way cheaper then Reliance for sure that is why i accepted the deal with all the perks. They sent me the first buy back cheque no problem. I am still waiting for the second witch i need it to finish to pay reliance. I discovered that the sale guy didn't do proper process that is why im waiting for the checque. Also i notice they didn't take money out of my account for may so i contacted the office about it. The office manage told me that buy back customer and buying equipment get 3 months defferal payments so she told me first payment will be in july. Thought was good thing. UNTIL today they took 523$ out of my account, went to the office receptionnist was kinda rude almost didn't want to get inside. I didn't feel welcome. The office manager came to talk about the money the only thing she said i will send an email tonthe main office in Ontario and i have to wait for and answer who knows when. In the mean time i have that money less in my account that i needed for payments. This is not a good start wirh this company. You have to watch them closely. Is one thing you dont do to me is playing with my hard work money. I worked hard for my money and dont like when company play with it without permission.

I had called them for an inspection yesterday because the HVAC blower motor wasn’t functioning. I got charged $131.25 for the visit, the technician came for diagnosis, informed me it is a blower motor failure. Gave me a quote for $2450(1400 for the part and 1000 for labor), and turnaround time of 3-4 days. I didn’t wanted to wait longer and I looked online for this part, was getting it for $1000. Meanwhile another sales guy showed up trying to have me lease a new furnace and system while mine is just 5 years old. Just for good measure, I inquired with a different provider letting them about the diagnosis, the blower motor and if they had the part readily available and they did. The guy came today with the part, it’s $700 for the part to fix it. And guess what, the motor is absolutely fine and it was the ECM board that failed. He replaced it with a new one and I paid for 2 hour labor. Absolutely pathetic service and complete rip off!! Don’t ever entertain these guys, they have no clue of the trade!!
