  Installed a new furnace, 2 hot water tanks and steam humidifier in 2021 and I agreed to be on their service plan. They came every year for a maintenance check when called and left me with a report of all in great condition. I discovered in 2025 that my furnace filter was never changed since 2022’s service check. When I contacted customer service they said their manager Marcel Prefontaine would contact me to rectify the problem. I got one call from him with no resolution and he has never returned a call since. I’m embarrassed for their company and the underhanded approach to their service and maintenance.

  We financed an appliance through Enercare. Now when selling the property, we have been unable to get the funds from the sale because Enercare will not respond to our lawyer’s phone calls for the payout. We really regret dealing with this company and have no idea how we will be able to get the proceeds of the sale of this property. Not only that, we wanted to pay out the remaining balance on a hot water tank on a separate property and they refused outright to provide us with the balance owing. Do not buy ANYTHING from this unethical company. You will regret it!

  One night after getting home from work, I discovered an error code on my hot water heater. Rob’s Albertan was able to dispatch a technician to take a look at my hot water heater for further steps. In between the time of the tech getting to my door, Matthew, Who is part of the Sayles team, Was already working on options to replace my water heater if the tech couldn’t find the problem. He was very professional, giving me lots of options in case of the worst outcome. Once Ryan the technician arrived, Immediately went to work, diagnosing the issue. After looking over the system and doing, God knows what, my hot water heater was back to working like it usually was. Throughout the process, Ryan kept me informed of everything he was doing and represented Rob’s Albertan in the best possible matter, being very engaging, funny and professional, putting my mind at ease. This is why after living in this home for 13 years I always call Rob’s Albertan for the best service in the Edmonton area. If you are in need of anything to do with your furnace, hot water heater or air-conditioning in needs of service or replacement, don’t hesitate to give Rob’s Albertan a call.

  Brandon was excellent when he came to do regular maintenance on my air conditioner. I appreciated that he was early and communicated this by phone. He was very professional and my air conditioner has never looked so clean! I had questions about furnace maintenance, a new thermostat and my water heater and he was able to answer them all!

  Aidan came on time, examined and tested both furnace and air conditioner, explained his findings and recommended - without any form of pressure - a course of action that I could agree with. I have already booked his expertise for next year. Thanks, Aidan! P. S.The day Aidan arrived my hot water tank showed its age and had begun to leak. Within minutes of Aidan’s call, Matt arrived to assess the situation, showed me my options and helped me arrive at a decision I was able to live with. Once again without pressure, only options. Yes, I wholeheartedly endorse the service provided by Emercare.
