  Aiden A. was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained the services he was doing, and told me the results that all check points were within the manufacturer’s specs. Aiden also asked if I had any questions or concerns about our heating system. I didn’t. Everything seemed to be working properly since the last heating inspection. I would ask if Aiden could do our next heating system inspection service.

  Our furnace is almost 10 years old We called Friesen’s (original service provider) to inspect it after our basement flooded and furnace stopped working. We paid Kevin from Friesen’s $208.95 for his expert advice that our furnace could not be repaired and we needed a new one. We decided to get a second opinion and Tanner Dube from Enercare said our part was still under warranty until November and he would do his best to get it for us. Sure enough after a few days he came to install it and our furnace is working and he said we have warranty with Enercare for one year. Tanner was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He provided excellent service and above all, we truly appreciate his honesty.

  I had my heat pump serviced today. Aiden came out again (he serviced it last year, as well). The Rob's Albertan McKinley office gave me a time slot between 12pm and 2pm. Aiden called me ahead of time to let me know he would arrive right at noon so I didn't have to wait. Aiden was friendly right from the start, very efficient at the service and also knowledgeable in letting me know how my heat pump was running throughout the year. I'm currently under the Advantage Program, and that included a new furnace filter along with the maintenance. Thank you for the great work, Aiden! Hope you see you again for next year's annual service!

  Alex Y was Friendly, professional and respectful. Did the appropriate maintenance. My gripe is with Rob’s Enercare telephone scheduling staff; she refused to schedule me for an A/C tuneup, in August, when it is nice and hot, and forced me yo have the service at the end of September, when it was only 6C outside, and I could nit run the A/C unit! So, it was a very cursory service, today!!!

  Matthew Greenough responded perfectly to my sump pump concerns, we settled on a new one (long story) and he performed the inspection and then the installation within just a few hours. And bonus he carted some very heavy items to my basement during his frequent trips up and down the stairs. Great guy, and Enercare Rob’s Albertan is a great company, although they will always be McKinley in my mind….
