Had the team at Paramount Flooring recently install some new carpet at my home. Working with James Caswell, he made the process very simple through great communication, real knowledge and timely service. He answered every question we had thoroughly and the end result was a great install experience, easy invoicing, and a brand new beautiful floor in our home. Big thanks to James and the team for making the process so easy! I highly recommend anyone to look at Paramount Flooring for any of their flooring needs!

Couldn’t say enough about the excellent service. From start to finish Paramount Flooring was a breeze to work with. I purchased area rugs, and carpet. They helped in decision making by providing options and details about material or installation. Then to cap it off the carpet install by Joe was phenomenal. He is incredibly respectful, hardworking and an expert in flooring install. I will deal with them again .

Thank you Paramount Flooring and especially James Caswell, who made the installation of my new bedroom flooring seamless. I am very happy with the Waverly Maple appearance which has transformed a smaller bedroom to the appearance of spaciousness and tranquility. The richness of color also blends perfectly with the existing flooring. Thanks again Paramount Flooring!

From start to finish, she has provided nothing but absolute top-tier service. Carmen is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure every project runs smoothly. Finding someone in sales who is this reliable, attentive, and consistently fantastic to deal with over a long period is rare.
