  Thank you Paramount Flooring and especially James Caswell, who made the installation of my new bedroom flooring seamless. I am very happy with the Waverly Maple appearance which has transformed a smaller bedroom to the appearance of spaciousness and tranquility. The richness of color also blends perfectly with the existing flooring. Thanks again Paramount Flooring!

  TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with the product that was sold to us. REMIX Cascade flooring. We saw it at the Home Show in Edmonton and Carmen the salesperson was raving about it and how good it would be for our rental. We did receive a discount for ordering it after the show but still it was a lot of money for a rental property. We could have gotten something must cheaper and it would have been better. We thought it would be a good investment as she told us it was super durable, which it is not, we already have damage from a bed and some scratches and it has only been 6 months!! It is hard to keep clean, shows water spots easily. We got it installed by a professional flooring guy and we did level the floors as best as we could. This flooring is not meant to float. It is popping and separating. We invested a lot of money in this product that was not fitted to our place. She was just wanted her "sell"! We thought it was like vinyl plank but it is not. BE AWARE! Paramount did not do us right by asking questions and we did not ask enough questions either as we have not used vinyl plank before. Now we have a product that doesn't work well with our house and we will likely have to replace it. Did not have a good experience with the company or product.

  If you’re looking for new flooring, I can’t recommend Chris St. John at Paramount Flooring enough! We first purchased flooring from Chris over the winter as part of our kitchen renovation. We were so impressed with both the quality of the product and the overall experience that we decided to continue the same flooring throughout the rest of our main floor and bedrooms this last month. Chris was exceptional to work with every step of the way. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and provided honest, knowledgeable advice to help us choose the right flooring. His communication was outstanding—he kept us updated throughout the entire process, from product arrival to scheduling delivery and installation, so we always knew what to expect. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and completed the job with excellent attention to detail. The finished result exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.   Genuine thank you is extended to James Caswell for his exceptional support in helping us find and secure like for like engineering flooring to support a renovation we are doing. James was professional, empathetic and went out of his way to extend an olive branch to us to find our obsolete flooring. We can't thank James enough for his Sherlock Holmes approach.
