  I recently had my smoke detectors replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Stephan arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the installation was done properly. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. He followed up with me two days later to make sure everything was working perfectly, which I greatly appreciated. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to. It’s not often you find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician.

  Stephen is very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He is a perfectionist and made sure everything was good. I would highly recommend Jem Electric Services.

  Out of the 3 Electricians who visited our home for a consultation for some electric work for our kitchen range, Stephen of JEM Electric Services was the only one who provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done with a smile and professionalism. He was on time and finished the work in the time he had estimated. Thanks Stephen for being awesome. We know who we will be calling for any other electric work in our 1950s home!
