  My first choice for all future electrician needs! Stephen was a delight to deal with and restored some of my faith that there are still folks with integrity out there! He was courteous and kind when other contractors on site were in the way causing him to reschedule. Price not a penny over initial quote despite having to fix someone else’s shoddy work in the process. 10/10 recommend.

  Great experience with Steve. He was able to come out and diagnosis an electrical problem that had lingered for years. I appreciate the professional service of him and his team at Jem. Certainly recommend to anyone looking for a quality electrician.

  Very friendly, sociable, and thorough. Stephen came to replace 4 outlets for me as they were old, he was very quick and focused dispite holding conversation with me the whole time. He even took the time to explain the process to me so I could learn a couple things! Thank you so much again Stephen!

  I recently had my smoke detectors replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Stephan arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the installation was done properly. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. He followed up with me two days later to make sure everything was working perfectly, which I greatly appreciated. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to. It’s not often you find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician.
