I can't recommend BR Plumbing & Gasfitting highly enough. Brett and his team took on a big, complicated job for us - converting our all-electric home over to gas, including the furnace, garage heater, heat pump and gas cooktop - and handled every stage with real professionalism. What stood out most was how they managed the whole process: coordinating the service line, permits and inspections, keeping us informed, and working around our schedule (including a long duration we were away) without a hitch. When an equipment compatibility issue came up, Brett was completely upfront and fair about it and sorted out the best solution at cost, rather than passing on a markup. The workmanship is excellent, right down to the finishing details, and Brandon and the crew were a pleasure to deal with. Honestly, this conversion was a big part of why we felt confident buying our home, and BR made it happen smoothly. If you need a plumbing and gasfitting team you can trust to do it right, these are your people. Five stars, without hesitation.

We had an exceptional experience with BR Plumbing. BR was able to inspect our issue the same afternoon we inquired! From there, we had a quote, parts ordered and install. No surprises, no delays and they were very flexible to our scheduling needs. The entire process was seamless. Brett was excellent- he is very genuine and knowledgeable. This team is very efficient- they are pro's. We really appreciate the care taken to help us through every step of this as we are definitely new to the world of heat pumps and understand how particular they can be. We have already recommended them, and will continue to! Thanks BR!

Service Technician, Brandon, arrived within the expected timeframe to fix a couple of water line issues. Discovered another leak that required repair. Brandon was very professional and efficient in completing the required repairs. He did not try to upsell. Highly recommend BR Plumbing & Gas Fitting.

Fantastic job installing my new Furnace, A/C, Humidifier, and Garage Heater. The quote was competitive and my equipment was properly sized. The work was completed on schedule and the trades were great to deal with. Payment was easy as well, with different options if needed. I look forward to working with BR Plumbing & Gasfitting on my next home renovation.

BR Plumbing did an number of jobs for us, including replacing the hot water tank, servicing the furnace and installing a new bathtub and several faucets throughout the house. Every person who worked with us was thorough, professional , and approachable, making sure we understood exactly what needed to be done and why, and providing accurate estimates. We will definitely use their services again! Would give more than 5 stars if that was possible.
