  We had multiple services that were able to be put into one appointment. We had Hasan as our technician and he was very professional. The job was very well done. I give 4/5 stars due to always plumbing scheduling inefficiencies. When you are not emergent you can get bumped and rescheduled lots.

  We had a great experience today with Always Plumbing & Heating. We have been dealing with a leak from our shower that was somewhat of a mystery and couldn’t figure out whether it’s plumbing related or from the shower tiles. Hassan came over and provided excellent service, very patient and persistent in his assessment. He determine immediately that the issue wasn’t plumbing related, but rather a crack in the shower tile that we had not noticed before. The service was excellent from the beginning to the end, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you very much, Hassan! We hope we won’t need plumbing services anytime soon, but if we do, it will definitely be Always Plumbing!

  Brian showed up on time, was personable and friendly, and went right to work. He kept us apprised of any surprises or findings and fully explained what was required to correct the situation. He worked hard and until late to ensure we were functional and even respected and took care to not let the cats out. Brian went the extra mile for us and left everything clean and organized before departing. Professionalism, knowledgeable and welcomed back in our home anytime. Definitely a 5 star rating as nothing higher which he deserved.

  I had an excellent experience with my central A/C installation at my house in Edmonton. Colby, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did a great job from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the installation was done properly and the system was running perfectly before he left. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Colby to anyone looking for a reliable and professional HVAC technician!

  I strongly advise avoiding Always Plumbing & Heating for any HVAC or water softener installations. While they might be an okay specialist plumbing company, they are absolutely not experts in heating, cooling, or water treatment systems. If you need these services, look for a better, specialized installer. I purchased a "Supreme Comfort System" heat pump and a new water softener from them, and the performance has been unacceptable. They substituted the matched Hisense coil I was explicitly quoted with an unapproved third-party West Columbia coil without my permission. As a result, the heat pump runs continuously for over 17 hours a day, yet it completely fails to cool my top floor, which stays uncomfortably hot at 23.5°C to 24°C. On top of the HVAC failures, the water softener they installed burns through a full bag of salt in just 14 days and is constantly sitting in a significant amount of standing water. I did absolutely everything in my power to work with them professionally. I wrote numerous emails providing factual data, photos, and energy dashboards to prove the systems were failing. Instead of providing proper diagnostic reports or mechanical fixes, they kept sending technicians to do undocumented "readjustments". Management repeatedly responded with vague, non-factual excuses to justify their work, clearly demonstrating they were just trying to quickly sweep this under the rug and close the issue rather than actually solve the problem. Despite boasting a "2-Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on their quotes, they completely ignored my final attempts to get these severe mechanical issues resolved. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money, and hire true HVAC and water softener experts instead of these guys.
