  I had such a great experience with the plumbers who came out today to repair a leak on my water tank. They were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was happening, walked me through the different options available, and allowed me to make the choice that worked best for us. Everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner, and I really appreciated how respectful and helpful they were throughout the entire visit. It is wonderful to have tradespeople who genuinely care about the quality of their work and the people they are helping. I would absolutely recommend them.

  I had a great experience with Hasan from Always Plumbing & Heating! He came to inspect my furnace and hot water tank and was able to quickly diagnose the issues. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Thanks to Hasan’s inspection, the company will be returning to install a new hot water tank, repair my furnace’s collector box, and replace my shower cartridge and handle. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Hasan and Always Plumbing & Heating!

  We had an issue with our shower handle/faucet and something broke inside so we couldn't shut it off. Ended up turning the water off and calling Always. Hasan showed up and he was very professional. He installed the new handle and faucet that we had plans on changing some day, as well as fixing the issue. He ended up having to run back to the shop and came back right away, even though it was 11 PM. He explained everything he was doing and gave us some advice when it came to the old parts. 100% will use them again and definitely recommend Hasan.

  Hasan came today to take are of a leak, and what a great experience we had. That isn't something you normally say about needing a plumber to your house, but this was. He was thorough, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. From the start to the finish we felt we were with an expert. We have requested him back because he was so great!! We got a full inspection, with quotes on what we need. The booking to get the full service done was swift. The entire experience was awesome. We 100% recommend Always Plumbing. And if you get Hasan, you know you will be in good hands.

  I was a Premium Diamond member with Always Plumbing & Heating for approximately 3–4 years, paying around $160 per year for benefits that included priority service and annual furnace and plumbing inspections. Unfortunately, after giving them multiple chances over several years, I finally cancelled my membership. My experience involved an almost unbelievable number of scheduling problems. I had appointments cancelled at the last minute, technicians significantly delayed, and appointments where no one arrived. I took vacation time from work on multiple occasions specifically to be home during their service windows, only to have the appointment cancelled or not completed. One year in particular felt like a comedy of errors. On one occasion, I had specifically requested that a certain technician NOT be sent to my home, only to discover shortly before the appointment that he was the technician they were sending. On another occasion, they actually sent a plumber for my scheduled furnace appointment. Ironically, that was how I discovered that an annual plumbing inspection was also included in the Premium Diamond membership I had been paying for. There was also an appointment where the technician made a point of criticizing the work of the company that had recently replaced my water heater. Regardless of whether he would have done the installation differently, I found the way he spoke about another company's work unnecessarily negative and unprofessional. His attitude during that conversation left a poor impression and added to my overall dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. I previously tried to escalate my concerns to management. A manager returned my initial call while I was at work and couldn't answer. I returned the call and left another message but never heard back. This year was ultimately the final straw. I took another half-day of vacation for my annual furnace inspection and waited through most of the four-hour appointment window. Near the end of the window, I was told the technician was running behind, and later that he could no longer come. When I called to discuss it, I was then told he was sick, which left me confused about what had actually happened. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week. I explained that I would not take any more vacation time because I had already lost so much time from work over the years accommodating appointments. I rushed home after work and waited again. At 7:45 p.m., I was told the technician was running behind and would likely arrive around 9:00 p.m. Since I had to be up at 4:00 a.m. for work the next morning, I cancelled the appointment and decided I was finished. I completely understand that technicians get sick, jobs run long and schedules sometimes fall apart. I work in scheduling and customer service myself, so I probably understand that better than most. My issue was never one cancelled or delayed appointment. It was the repeated pattern over several years and how those situations were handled. To their credit, Always cancelled my membership and refunded my most recent renewal after I submitted a detailed complaint. They also offered a $100 credit toward future service. I had requested reimbursement for the previous year's membership as well because I didn't feel I had received the overall level of priority service I had paid for, but that request was declined because my annual inspection had eventually been completed that year. After everything I experienced, a credit toward future service isn't particularly useful to me because I have lost confidence in the company and won't be returning. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I gave this company several years and many opportunities before deciding to leave one. Unfortunately, the repeated scheduling problems, lost vacation time and overall lack of reliability and accountability eventually became too much. For a paid membership marketed around priority service, my experience simply did not live up to what I was paying for.
