  We had a sewer back up in our floor drain in the utility room. Always to the rescue. Chris was our service tech. Right from the initial greeting, Chris was very professional, thorough, and understanding. Presented me with upfront pricing before starting anything, with a few options based on customer budget. He inspected the rest of our home after he was done with our sewer back up which luckily was just a clog that he remedied quickly with the right equipment. Upon further inspection in our home, he found a couple minor issues, which he didn’t make out to be big issues that the house was gonna implode at any moment, just pointed them out and made note that hey, this isn’t exactly right. I asked if he could fix the other few issues while he was here, which he did. Chris is very good at what he does, and handled the customer side very professionally. His work was flawless, and he takes note of details, such as cleanliness while working in someone’s home. I was very impressed with the service, and took the opportunity to sign up to their Diamond Service Program. Let’s face it, older houses, and newer, they all have issues. Having a company like Always is a stress reliever in more ways than one. I’d highly recommend.

  I cannot recommend Always Plumbing enough! They recently installed a new hot water tank and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They started with a free onsite estimate, and their pricing was very competitive compared to others in the area. When it came time for the installation, the technician Jeremy was professional, efficient, and left the workspace very clean. What really set them apart, was their commitment to service after the job was done. We noticed a very small vibration noise a couple days after the install, and Jeremy came back the same day to rectify it completely!

  Keith was very knowledgeable and explained everything as to why it might happen and what can be done about it. We worried that our sump pump was plugged after all the heavy rains, but Keith explained that it was not plugged and the small amount of dirt was normal and would not cause a problem. He did suggest a new pump soon as ours is 8 yrs old and the life span is around 10 yrs. Thank you Keith! O

  Purchased and install a complete new AC. Service was quick and professional. Communication was very bad. On the paperwork I signed it stated a new wifi t-stat. Talking with the service technician who did the install he agreed I should get one as per the paperwork but did not have one… would need to order. After consulting with customer service / reception they also agreed it was on my contract and booked an appointment 2 weeks later to listen to a squeal and install the ordered t-stat. New tech comes out and does not have a t-stat or know about it. Show him the paperwork and he also agreed it was on there. Finally sales calls and assures me it is not included and the paperwork can be misleading. All the wasted time i spend calling to figure things out and being available for a tech while at the end of the day no t-stat. As mentioned install was quick and clean, but communication all throughout was very confused and nobody was interested in taking responsibility.

  Pretty unhappy with the service. I hesitate to write bad reviews of small companies, but this is the 2nd time I have done so in my years of reviewing companies. I booked a descaling for my tankless water heater. No other service booked, simple job. They booked the appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday they messaged to say their technician couldn't make it and rescheduled me for Friday. Fine, not worth writing a bad review about. But it got worse: On Friday the technician came, but had to go to the shop to get materials for descaling. He did return, but this long delay led to him 'completing the job' later than planned and outside of the service times agreed to as when I booked the appointment I said my wife had to leave after 2pm to get the kids from school. He left while my wife was out, and charged $650. Pretty expensive to descale a Noritz Tankless Hot Water Heater. When I arrived home, I realized we had no hot water in the house. I called Always back and explained their technician had left us without hot water. The quickest they booked us for someone to complete this was 4-8pm the next day. They fixed their mistake at 6pm. Not very impressed as a first time customer.
