We appreciate the time we could spend in store finding the right product. Staff were so nice in store, along with the guys who came to install. Overall a great experience.

We just had our basement floor replaced with luxury vinyl tile and the experience could not have gone better. From dealing with Henry and Brian on the quote to having Jordan and Dylan on-site to do all the prep and installation was seamlessly exceptional. It truly was the little things that made a huge difference. Their caring and concern for my senior citizen cat and the replacement of unsafe stairs always kept us front and center in their minds. I would highly recommend the Herman's carpet team and without hesitation. Recommend the phenomenal work they did. Can't wait for them to help us out on the second story. In the future.

Great company! The flooring is beautiful, the work started exactly when they said it would be. The installers were great, very efficient and friendly. Thanks to all at Herman's Carpets! Kudos!

I just had to share how very happy we are with the job done by Herman's Carpets. The crew stayed late and finished the install for our pharmacy so they wouldn't disrupt business. Thank you so very much - we love the new carpet and the underlay is so much better to work long days on. I will recommend them to anyone!
