  I had a very positive experience with my carpet replacement project overall. From the beginning, Zach was responsive, professional, and helpful in coordinating the work and making sure things moved forward properly. Abdullah did a solid job with the installation and was willing to come back to address follow-up items, which I really appreciated. Like with many home renovation projects, there were a couple of small issues that needed attention afterward, including some touch-up and repair items. What stood out to me was that the team did not ignore the concerns. They took responsibility, followed up, and worked toward making things right. The painter who helped with the finishing work also contributed to making the final result look much better. Overall, I’m happy with the new carpet and the way the team handled the project. The house feels much fresher, and I appreciate the professionalism, communication, and follow-through from Zach, Abdullah, and the rest of the team. I would recommend them to others looking for carpet replacement.

  Worked with Cory over the past little while. We found a floor we loved a while ago and put a deposit down. Then had a change of heart on the direction we wanted to go. Cory was very understanding and super helpful in making sure we would be happy with our choice. Highly recommend.

  What a great experience with Westvalley Carpet & Flooring. We did new carpet in my mom’s condo and new carpet and luxury vinyl plank in my Condo. Cory made the whole experience effortless from doing measures at both places on our schedule to coordinating the materials and installers. Mahmoud and assistant did a fantastic job installing the carpets in both places and Mike and his assistant did a great job on the luxury vinyl plank installation. Both places look fantastic. I would highly recommend Westvalley Carpet & Flooring and Cory for all of your flooring needs.
