  Purchased and had new floors installed, both Jeff and Cooper were very helpful, spending way too much time dealing with my indecisiveness and offering advice as I tried to settle on the best floors for my needs. The install team was efficient and detail oriented. Nothing but good things to say.

  I highly recommend Ryan and the Ali team for their excellent service. From the very beginning, they were fast, efficient, reliable, and very professional. Ryan was incredibly responsive—even on weekends, he would answer his phone and take the time to address any questions or concerns. What really impressed me was how quickly he responded to my initial inquiry. The very next day, he personally brought carpet samples to my home, which made the selection process so much easier. The carpet was delivered on time, and the installation was done very nicely and professionally. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and the finished result. Thank you, Ryan and Ali, for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Disappointing customer service experience. Communication was unnecessarily difficult, and I found that requests and preferences were not consistently listened to or followed. The process became much more time-consuming than it needed to be, and I ultimately decided to go in a different direction. Better communication and greater attention to what the customer is actually asking for would go a long way.

  I would like to thank both Jeff and Scott for the fantastic job they did in replacing our old carpet with new LVP in the entire upstairs of our bungalow. Jeff looked after us on the sales and customer service side and Scott and his partner did the install. They both went over and above to ensure we were completely satisfied. Don’t take only our word that the job was top notch, you can take the word of our carpenter too, who is coming to install our new baseboards. He took at look at the work and said the installers did an exceptional job! We will be highly recommending West Valley to anyone who is looking to have new flooring in their home! Thanks Jeff and Scott!!

  Took me a while to leave this review but after living with the project for a while I wanted to. Mixed experience with WVF, had two houses done with them. First one was amazing, no issues. Second time had lots of issues with the installer. Lots of gaps left and bad cuts, when I asked for them to be fixed they were filled with colour match caulk and which has started to deteriorate showing the gaps. When I reached out I was sold gaps are not covered after 6 months and I could pay to fix the issues I brought up during install. Overall mixed experience but has been hard to live with the lack of precision and gaps.
