  I stopped into Westvalley Carpet & Flooring looking for advice from Jeff Morrison about the luxury vinyl plank flooring in our new home. I let him know right away that I was not there to purchase anything; I was simply hoping for some guidance. We have been struggling with streak marks after cleaning, and even using a Bona mop did not seem to actually get the floor clean. Jeff spent about 20 minutes of his time helping me, looking up information, answering all of my questions, and giving me thoughtful, helpful advice. I was not a customer making a purchase that day, but Jeff still treated me with genuine care and professionalism. It is rare to find someone who takes that kind of time simply because they are a good person and truly want to help. Definitely a 10/10 professional. Thank you, Jeff!

  Purchased new flooring from this location, the team from Rug Man Inc did my install. I could not be happier with their work. They ran into some problems along the way and always found the best solution. Very professional, very honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking and would use them again without question. Installation is flawless

  I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Abdullah from Westvalley. From carpet selections to install, the communication was excellent, the estimates for each selection were clear, and the price was very reasonable. Jeff did accurate measurements of my space, he answered all my questions, and I felt valued as a client. Abdullah (installer) called me ahead of the set day to ensure I knew what to expect, he did a walk through and even worked around the recent painting project we had. They completed the entire job in one day, and did a full walk through to show me where the carpet seams had been matched up. Abdullah ensured I was happy with the job, and completely cleaned up all the traces of the previous carpet. It is plush, beautiful, and I am beyond thrilled that I had Westvalley to do this project for me. Huge thank you to Jeff and Abdullah!!
