  Their phone lines suck. AI - ing everything isn't the best move. It give the option to only ask about booking a move or inquiry about billing. No other option. Not use friendly. Cannot get through to anyone at all. Terrible. I can't imagine how other customers will feel.

  They made the move quick and easy. The team handled all of our furniture with care and made sure not to damage the walls during the process. We were impressed with how efficiently everything was completed and would happily recommend them to others.

  Mannu and Karan did an amazing job and I am more than grateful for their help. The move was seamless and easy, they did a fantastic job in keeping my furnitures intact. I am so pleased.

  I had a conversation with Fary R and she was acting as if she is doing me a favour talking to me. No customer service etiquettes. After the call they sent me this exact message: Follow-Up Template - OUTCOME/OBJECTIONS: - REBUTTALS: - IMPORTANT NOTES: we are out of her budget DECLINED ANY REC: DAY/FOLLOW-UP: ECC: (I have the screenshot of the message she sent but don’t have an option to post it here) I never mentioned anything about my budget. I asked her that since I do not have any furnitures, will the 150 smth dollars still apply. And she assumed they are out of my budget? My company will be paying for the move, budget is not the main issue, her attitude here is. Not calling them back ever again.
