  5-Star Experience Again! Michael & Ken’s Crew Are Amazing! This is my second time working with Michael Ramicone at Flooring Superstores Calgary, and he exceeded all expectations for my condo renovation! Dealing with strict condo board regulations can be a headache. Michael went above and beyond to make the process stress-free, even providing an upgraded silencer underlayment that surpassed the board’s soundproofing requirements.I initially wanted Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), but Michael guided me toward Fuzion Waterproof Laminate for the whole condo. I am so glad he did—the quality and look are perfect! He also helped me pick the ideal kitchen tile for my back splash. A huge shout-out to Ken and his installation crew! They did a fantastic job, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. Thank you, Michael and Ken, for making my renovation a success. Highly recommended!— Best, Sue

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flooring Superstore Review (Christina Tinsdill) I recently had new carpet tiles installed in my basement by Flooring Superstore, and I want to give special thanks to Christina Tinsdill for guiding me through what turned out to be a more complicated project than expected. My basement had flooded the previous year, so replacing the flooring was the final step in getting the space back to normal. After the room was measured, we discovered the concrete had significant humps and valleys—far too uneven for click vinyl without extensive leveling. The leveling alone pushed the project outside my budget, so Christina helped me explore alternatives that would work with the existing floor. Together, we decided that carpet tiles were the best option. My son and I picked a style we liked, but unfortunately that particular tile was backordered. With a painting company already scheduled, the delay was stressful, so I went back to speak with Christina. She was patient, understanding, and proactive. We looked at other carpet tile options and confirmed stock availability. We found a similar style, and I made the decision to switch so the project could stay on track. The installation happened a few days later and took just over two days. The installer was excellent—professional, efficient, and willing to help move furniture for a reasonable additional cost, which I appreciated as a 74‑year‑old homeowner. In the end, everything turned out great. The basement looks refreshed, the carpet tiles feel solid underfoot, and the whole experience—despite a few bumps—was handled with care and professionalism. I would definitely use Flooring Superstore again, and I’m grateful to Christina and the installer for making this project a success.

  We just had a great experience with Flooring Superstores. Manley was a great sales guy and he was helpful and worked with our budget; and the installers we had were amazing. Randy and Chris made magic happen in our poorly built basement. Down to earth, awesome installers and our floors and baseboards look incredible. Thanks again everyone at Flooring Superstores
