  We had an excellent experience with our technician Rob. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He thoroughly inspected the system, fixed all the issues, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His attention to detail and expertise really stood out. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality HVAC service.   I had very positive experience in dealing with A1 Chesney for the recent purchase and installation of my central air conditioning unit. It started with a visit from Dan P. who came to my house to do a consultation and estimate. Dan is a very good sales consultant who answered my endless questions regarding AC concepts, the science behind them and what worked best for my home. He was extremely informative in a way that easily made sense. He was friendly and thorough. I sat on his presentation for about 10 days and then reached out again. He answered several followup questions with patience and expertise. I was then ready to move forward with a purchase. Dan facilitated the necessary steps to progress to install. The install which was completed just 2 days after purchase. I was given timely email updates on when and whom was arriving including names of employees and some background on them. I found this informative and reassuring. I had Todd and TJ show up for the install. They were very polite and friendly. Colton the electrician showed up as well once he was needed. All 3 did a fantastic job with the install and did so with care and concern along with ensuring no damage nor mess was left behind. Todd went out of his way to explain how the system worked and even went so far as to correct some minor deficiencies with my furnace install from a few years back. He programmed and ensured that the furnace, AC and dehumidifier were all working together to support my requested needs. Thanks guys!!

  I highly recommend Long Le for any plumbing work. His communication was outstanding from start to finish, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He worked seamlessly with the other trades on site, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Most importantly, he was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly found the source of a leak that could have taken much longer to diagnose. Fast, professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

  New tankless installed today by Todd and TJ after working with Theresa and Colin. So impressed. Water lines are at great angles, space is maximized, as requested, clean up included vacuuming the basement carpet! My mechanical room has never been so clean. The most impressive was Todd completed the gas inspection while still here. It passed. Now I don’t have to sit around all day waiting for the City inspector. Very very pleased and highly recommend.

  We just had a 17 year old high efficiency Lennox furnace replaced. After our old one’s motor stopped working, Jamil came out to diagnose the issue. Sure enough the motor and circuit board needed replacement. To the tune of 4K. He recommended a new furnace. That same day Craig came over to measure up the new furnace, this was Monday. We signed the 15 year lease agreement, and Riley and Elmer just left, installation complete. Our furnace is in a crawl space so working conditions were cramped. Floor coverings were laid out and they left the place as it was. Clearly all three men are professional and know what customer service really means!! Great group and company.
