Unfortunately after all said and done originally I had given this review 5 stars. However after weeks of calling and no return phone calls. Their accounting department blamed the employee for responding the way they did on their review team. Their administration team was notified about declining the offer by the accounting team. I just want to clarify with the 1000 viewers who saw this post. Cube It did not come through with their response to prorate the charges for only having the bin for less than two weeks. They probably made extra income re renting the bin earlier and again blamed their employee for saying they would prorate the charges. Consumer be ware. They’re staff is still super friendly and tried their best to fix the concern but the accounting higher ups really dropped the ball in terms of not even calling me with the decision that was made and how they blame their people instead of owning up to the agreement.
