  I bought new furnace and hot water heater from Apri. Spencer led the installation team to install the new furnace and hot water heater over 2 days. I found Spencer to be very professional. He took the time to answer my questions regarding the installation. The installation was completed right on time based on what Spencer said. After the installation, Spencer took the time to explain to me what they have done, how to adjust the hot water heater and how to program the thermostat. They have done an outstanding job.

  We had a new boiler installed by plumber Bogdan. We would like to compliment both Arpis and Bogdan for an efficient and competent job done very professionally. Bogdan identified a problem as he was checking pressures at the end of the install and went through the system finding a separate issue in the garage. He fixed it, confirmed all was working ok and gave us a review of the work done and how the system operated. He was a pleasure to have in the house

  Yesterday I needed to get my furnace and air conditioner fixed as the fan was not working and the ac unit had iced. Wanted to try a new company as my previous company did not seem to have enough experience. After speaking to a Neighbor I decided to call Arpis’s. The lady who answered the phone could not have been more helpful. Told her my issues and she offered to send a technician the same day. Within a couple of hours Ryan Kromm and his apprentice arrived. They could not have been more helpful. Ryan immediately started checking to see what were the issues. He had all the gauges cameras knowledge etc and within a few minutes knew exactly what the issues were. Ryan explained all of the options and did not try to upsell any products or services. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Once we made a decision he had all of the parts in his truck and within a couple of hours everything was working 100% He did not just instal the parts he made sure that everything was running at the proper speed and doing what it was supposed to do. When he presented the invoice at the end it was exactly as he said there were not any surprise add ons. There was no doubt that I made the right decision by calling Arpis’s and feel very fortunate that they sent Ryan. Thank you everyone Ernie Hagel

  =========== After my review, Arpis Industries has been responsive and has sent technicians to assess my furnace concerns. I appreciate that they are taking my concerns seriously and working with me toward a resolution. I am updating this review to reflect their willingness to engage and provide service. I will provide a final update once the furnace issues are fully assessed and resolved. =========== After dealing with repeated issues with my furnace over the years, I recently had another technician (from Arpis) assess the system and found several serious concerns with the original installation and subsequent service work. My Lennox 2-stage furnace was apparently never operating properly in 2-stage mode and had been running in single-stage mode instead when originally installed by Arpis. On top of that, the fan speeds were incorrectly configured during the original installation, causing the furnace to operate with excessive temperature rise (overheating). After adjustment, the temperature rise dropped back into an acceptable range. There was also a second issue following a blower motor replacement performed by Arpi’s in 2022, where the airflow settings were not correctly configured. This resulted in the system overheating again, which likely contributed to additional strain on the furnace components. Over the past 5 years, I’ve had to replace the blower motor twice, which is not normal. I also now have a leaking secondary heat exchanger at only 13 years of age. Based on what I’ve learned, prolonged operation under improper staging and incorrect airflow settings may have significantly contributed to premature wear and failure of major components. A third concern relates to the complete basement HVAC work Arpi’s performed when I set up a secondary suite. That system was not initially configured correctly and it took a long time, including involvement with the city, to have the installation brought into compliance and functioning properly. What concerns me most is that these issues appear to point to improper installation, setup, or commissioning at multiple stages over several years. I initially gave the benefit of the doubt, but the pattern of repeated problems has significantly eroded my confidence in their work. I expect better from a professional HVAC company. At minimum, I would have hoped for proper setup, accurate configuration, and accountability when serious concerns arise. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about furnace commissioning, airflow settings, staging configuration, and post-installation verification after any HVAC work.

  RUN. A horrible experience would be an understatement. I originally found Arpi’s through Costco for a furnace and water tank replacement. I trust Costco wholeheartedly but the installation fell far from expectation because it was executed by Arpi’s. From installing pipes at head height instead of placing them between the beams where there WAS room, to failing to patch up the heat run that was just dumping air into the basement. Every single aspect of the install was lazy. Didn’t even bother to check the humidifier even though they said they would. The technicians with Arpi’s were horrible after coming back two times to “fix” things. They completely ignored me when they entered into the home and even dented the front panel of a brand new furnace. The manager at Arpi’s, Jeff Johnson, called me on the phone to raise his voice at me in an aggressive tone and tell me how DONE he was because I asked him to send a new technician. He barely let me put in a word during the call, repeatedly telling me how done he was and that he’d give me a full refund once they’ve taken everything out. Fast forward to today when I asked if they could schedule in a date to remove the equipment, he kicked me over to Lennox and Costco. Imagine if a manager could talk to a client like that, imagine how they talk to their staff! I’ve had a professional HVAC and plumbing team come in to review the work and they had a ton of notes. They’re asking me to reach out to the City to confirm that an inspection was actually done because Arpi’s never sent me the report. For context, this wasn’t even cheap - over 12k! If you want to be gaslighted, charged a premium for the sloppiest work imaginable and mansplained to throughout the entire process - definitely go with Arpi’s.
