  5 stars and review based on the plumber and his work ONLY, not the office, remove 2 stars for office. Several delays and booking issues with the office made things inconvenient, I even had to take extra time off work and I was very close to cancelling the project. But, Plumber Michael was awesome, told me what was happening every step, listened to my questions and concerns and did an amazing job. Water heater fixed and master bath shower updated and fixed over a couple visits (was supposed to be one visit). He took his time and corrected mistakes/misses by previous plumber. Would 100% hire Michael again, but dealing with the office was a drawback. I’ve used Arpi’s for over 20 years for my furnace (regular yearly maintenance as well as a new furnace), again technician Ray is the best but there’s been some booking issues there too. The people that do the work are really great and the quality of work is great. So far it’s been a week since it was completed and knock on wood, it’s great and finally fixed after 4 years of issues; it’s amazing to have that shower back! Highly recommend Arpi’s, wish the office was better on this last job. Thank you Michael for great work recently and Ray for keeping my furnace going for over 20 years!

  I had a new furnace and humidifier installed by Terry Zeabin from Arpi’s, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Terry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly. He kept everything clean, explained the new system to me, and made the whole installation process easy from start to finish. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship really stood out. I had a great experience with Terry and Arpi’s and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend Terry and the Arpi’s team — excellent service from start to finish!

  Like to acknowledge Michael F, Project Manager who came out to provide an estimate for new furnace AC and new Thermostat. He was first class and we again reviewed his quote based on my questions. Thank you. To Love the Lead Technician and Vikram his associate, my view first class job. Professionals at their job answering all of my questions the job was completed and all work reviewed and cleaned up after basement and outside . They took pride in their work stopping to explain where they were in the project. Extremely impressed with the quality of work . Thank you both once again.

  Booked a consultation for my AC installation, they never showed up on the day and time. And upon calling the office, they don’t know why and confirmed will call me back asap, but no communication and wasted my time. I called the technician directly multiple times and even left a voice message, still no response for days. If this is the level of service before installation, i am sure it will be worst after installation. So not recommend to anyone. *** Reply to below misleading and incorrect response from the owner ***:- 1- I never confirmed to get electronic quote. 2- I never told that i will move in October. Surprise to hear this, as i am already living in the house for last 11 months. 3- Please listen to the voice recording of the call I made to ur office after there was no show of the technician. The person who took my call confirmed that they have my number in there system and I also confirmed it. But still technician called on another number. Whose mistake is this ?

  Call me impressed! I had 2 appointments on the same day; One in the morning for duct and furnace cleaning and one in the afternoon for a furnace and humidifier tune up. After getting through the annoying A.I. bots, a person called me back to confirm. Logan and William showed up first, and were very intent on getting every single thing done properly, before and after pics and cleaned up everything. They even pushed my stackable back to perfect position. I also had shelf in the landing of my basement that had to be moved, and they did that and put it back, too. They were very friendly, and professional. Max came later to do my tune ups and found an issue with my humidifier and found me a lesser expensive option to fix it and also before and after pics. He advised me on how to better take care of it in future and gave me a heads up on what to watch for on the furnace in future. Also friendly and professional. I will use this company for my needs in future because of these gentlemen.
