  In a world where you never know how things are going to end up, I 100% knew immediately that we were in great hands with Sasquatch!! We moved into a home with no heat and needed electrical and water tank work done as well. Enter Lucas, who called me up and patiently explained the entire process to me, with such patience, friendliness and kindness! When Mason and Casha showed up at our place a month later, it was clear that it’s a company philosophy to be so kind, professional and detail-oriented. Our house is super old and presented a lot of challenges for them, but they were unshakeable in their positivity and dedication to getting us warm in our home. The entire way, Emily the coordinator handled my (seemingly hundreds of) questions with equal friendliness and professionalism. I’m so glad we went with our gut and chose the coolest-named HVAC company hahaha Thank you for making our house feel like a home!

  We recently had our furnace replaced and air conditioning installed by Sasquatch Heat Pumps, and the entire experience was fast, professional, and completely seamless from start to finish. Naveed, Brock, and Nico were fantastic to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and their workmanship was incredibly clean and precise. You can really tell they take pride in their trade. They also had great ideas for equipment placement and were very accommodating, especially while working around my husband’s bathroom renovation in the same area where they needed to run lines. They made everything easy and stress-free. A big thank you as well to Lucas Ferguson in sales for responding so quickly, helping us get everything organized fast, and offering thoughtful, personalized options that made sense for our home and budget. The pricing was excellent and the service felt very tailored to us. Huge thanks to the whole Sasquatch team — we couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them!
