  A dead sump pump, a rainy forecast, and Christmas 6 days away is a stinker. The team kindly squeezed us in and sorted us out with a new pump and very helpful maintenance info. Efficient, helpful, and kind: that's what you can expect from the team at Island Basement Systems.

  We had a dirt floor crawlspace and I was very skeptical on this system. The cottage was always damp and musty smelling, like old cabins often do. We had the crawlspace done and immediately found the floor to be room temp, weeks later there is no musty smell. The overall communication from Chris is excellent, never leaves you hanging. His team were in and out same day and the end result is so clean and professional looking.

  I started a quote process with Island Basement Systems in November 2022. It’s now July 2023 and I still have no quote despite two visits and multiple emails back and forth.

  Erin came by twice to inspect a leak and discovered it was internal , he said get a plumber . I would recommend this company very professional and very user friendly a true 10 out of 10 . Thank you for honesty
