I was told even if you book months in advance and pay upfront theres no guarantee because they service their charge accounts before their cash accounts. So even of you have it reserved theres no guarantee. Called star rentals and complete opposite. You book it its yours. Plus the price was better for monthly rate and delivery and pickup prices were half of united. That was my experience on the phone today

Then I called United and talked with Donna. What a world of difference! She answered all my questions and even went above and beyond helping me reserve the equipment I needed. In general I found all the staff to be friendly and considerate.
