The booking process was straightforward, but the equipment itself was not well-maintained. First, the scissor lifts had several issues that impacted its performance, making my project much more difficult than necessary. Additionally, the staff was not very responsive when I reached out for assistance, which added to my frustration. While I appreciate the range of equipment offered, I expected better quality and customer service. I hope they can improve their maintenance and support in the future. Unfortunately, I won't be renting from them again.
