  Tom and Nikko were excellent. Terrific service, friendly, knowledgeable. They installed a microwave (plus outlet), ceiling fan, and stairwell chandelier. We have already booked them again to replace/install a new suite of lighting for thr rest of our house.

  Fantastic experience with Sasquatch! They replaced our overhead heater and were great to deal with from start to finish. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the installation was handled professionally. The service was quick, the heater quality is excellent, and our staff are very happy. Would definitely recommend.

  We used Sasquatch for a Heat Pump Project in the Spring of 2025. Initally we chose them because of their competitive pricing and clear communication. We were impressed with the work on the Heat Pump project and chose them to do a Electrical Panel upgrade. Emily helped coordinate several sub-contractors on the second project, and kept us informed along the way. Tom did the majority of the electrical work and was a pleasure to chat with. Some issues came up outside of Sasquatch's control and Tom did a great job working through those issues to find a timely solution. We were very impressed with the professionalism and customer service and will be using them in the future.

  The entire team is top notch professional. I can't say enough good things about them. The ladies we dealt with in the office were super helpful. They worked to the quote. We were notified each time the guys came out. They were always on time and the level of work was top notch. In our case it was a furnace move and they even managed to correct (optimize) a few things done by our previous installer. Most importantly, for me, is that they did EXACTLY what we asked for. We couldn't ask for more. Actually, we will be asking for more because we have some gas work we're looking to have done and they'll be the first and only place we'll go. Both for this work and from now on. Thanks again to everyone at Sasquatch!
