I love this Rona. All of the team there is SO helpful and friendly. But a specific shout out to Michael and Mark(or matt? I can’t remember his name now - but he works in the paint department and it started with an M). They were the best. Gave me top tier service, helped me find everything on my list and they even gifted me a timbit. Oh, and the cute lady outside was full of jokes and compliments!! They need a raise stat:) RONA FOR THE WIN!

Salmon Arm is the worst Rona store. Never have stock, staff are not friendly never match pricing with other Rona stores. Waste of our time rather drive to Vernon

I am building a clothes hamper in our laundry room. I required some shelving material. I checked the inventory on the web site at Rona salmon and they report they had none. I traveled to Kamloops Home depot , where I purchased 3 pieces at $29. I got home a realized I had miscalculated and require a small piece of material.i call Rona salmon Arm and they had the material to my surprise. I went there and picked piece I required and went pay for at the cashier. I knew the price more than Home depot and extra $10, at $39. I went to pay and the. Cashier wanted to charge me $42. I said the price on the wall was #39!
Here the disappointment price difference of $13. I had to take a Rona representative and show them the price on the wall. In addition I did mention to the cashier that Home depot is selling the same piece for $29, her response was, the cost of gas will not be worth driving all the way to kamloops unless you going to costco.
I KEEP HEARING SUPPORT LOCAL" NOT LIKELY, NOT EVER AT RONA THEY DONT DESERVE MY BUSINESS.

Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.
When my order is ready, how long will I have to pick it up?
After you receive the email confirming that your order is ready, you will have 7 days to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within this period, we will cancel it and refund you on your credit card.
