He worked fast, efficiently and went over and above, both offering and accepting suggestions. The end result was not only a fix, but a significant improvement to the plumbing configuration. He did not leave until he was sure I had no further questions/concerns. An EXCELLENT experience and job well done.

- RRRob RobsonMar 18, 20265.0My gas water tank blew on Monday night after 10 years, so I called Wade Roberts Plumbing and Wade Roberts answered. He scheduled Matt Mooney to come out at 11am the next day. Matt called me at 9:30am and said he was finished his previous job early so he could arrive by 10am. Perfect. He arrived on time, introduced himself and Edwin, his partner and looked over the old tank and agreed it was end of life. He gave me a few options and I chose the Tankless hot water system as the price for how long it lasts made sense and it came with a 15 year warranty. Perfect! They started work right away. He informed me he wasn't going to be able to get it completed by the end of the day and told me he would come back at 8am Wednesday morning and said he could have it finished by Noon. Great! They cleaned up their tools and mess and headed out. Matt arrived back on Wednesday morning right at 8am. I like when someone says they'll be there at a certain time and actually are. Great! he was finished by 10am and gave me a walk through of how it worked and answered all my questions he even said they had a discount he could apply to my bill as I purchased a specific tank. Thanks, as I wouldn't have even known or asked about that. Perfect. I would highly recommend Matt and Wade Roberts Plumbing to all my friends and family. Really great service by everyone. I was very impressed. If you need a plumber, call Wade Roberts Plumbing. I'm glad that I did.
