From the moment we walked into the showroom, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our sales associate, JD, was absolutely amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and took the time to explain the different options to us in detail. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way—JD was so friendly and patient, answering every single question we had and making sure we felt confident in our decision. It’s rare these days to meet someone who is genuinely invested in helping you make the right choice without any sales pressure, and JD truly exceeded our expectations. Once we finalized everything, the installation process was just as impressive. Our installer, Paul, was fantastic. He is incredibly talented and clearly takes great pride in his craft. He worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect, paying attention to every detail. The quality of his workmanship really shows in the finished result—our floors look absolutely beautiful. Paul was also very professional, respectful of our home, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, stress-free.We feel so happy every time we walk into the house and see how great our new flooring looks.
