  Roof leaks to two homes under 10 yrs. Contact was made several ways and times. Do not recommend as they did nothing to assist.

  I would never recommend this company to anyone! Ever! Cody took advantage of my 84 year mother in law by taking $550 from her and trying to rip her off this extraordinary costs. The story is simple. Water was coming into her basement, we discovered that it was water coming through the inside of the main chimney. She called Burrard Roofing (who installed her roof years ago) and they came out to investigate (a free service offered by most companies), after arriving, they told her she was told the chimney needed to be replaced/removed or capped and caulked and quoted her $4000-6000 to do the work. He then put a tarp on the chimney. The chimney kept leaking after the tarp was added!! My mother in law didn’t know better and Cody convinced her to do a cap/caulking and took a $550 deposit for the $4000 cost (verbally told her), he did not give a definitive date for the work to be completed. No contract was offered nor any proper quote provided in written format. I had my roofer go on site, for free, and look and he advised that the chimney needed some new caulking and a new chimney cap. $1575 all in with taxes. Installed within 2 days. No more water in the basement. When my elderly mother in law called Cody shortly after he took her visa to get her refund returned, he REFUSED to do so saying that showing up and going on the roof and tarping it was as worth the $550. That is ludicrous!! As far as I’m concerned , this is borderline theft and at minimum is taking advantage of the elderly. No costs for showing up initially were provided nor outlined any costs for the “service” prior to showing up. No contract was signed or agreed to in writing and my mother in law wasn’t aware the deposit was non refundable. Beware! Any company that takes advantage of the elderly should be investigated. I’ll be contacting the BBB and will also contact local authorities. I hope the $550 you stole from my mother in law was worth it Cody!

  This company did some work on my leaky roof. They charged me a pile of money so I made sure I got a warranty for the work. The first wet season after their work and my roof leaked. I called the several times to let them know and they said they would put it in the schedule and come out but they never did. This company does not stand behind their work.

  I called in Dec,25 as had a roof leak and Burrard had a crew out quickly and tarped the area to keep us dry over Christmas which was vey much appreciated. Subsequently after getting quotes form 3 other companies we chose Burrard to do our new roof which we needed. Once we had a weather window they did our roof in 3 days including a short day due to snow. They were prompt and did a great job. Great communication with Cody with almost instant response time even on weekends prior to the job start. Very happy with the result.

  We decided to go with Burrard Roofing because our neighbour (2nd owner) had such a good experience with them when they came to fix a roof problem. It shows that the co is reputable and they stand by their work code. When we contacted Burrard Roofing for our roof replacement, we met Cody (sales rep) who was friendly, helpful and professional, provided a detailed breakdown of products for us to consider. The crew (John & Matt +1) completed the the job in two days with minimal disturbance. They did a superb job! Rob Bunyan, Port Moody
