She was friendly, professional, and really knew her products and how they would fit best in our spaces. Her measurements were completely accurate. The office staff were professional and helpful and combined with their automated systems we were kept informed on every step of the process. Richard, our installer was incredible. He was courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. All 8 blinds were installed to perfection and look fantastic! Richard also gave clear, concise instruction on the workings of the battery powered wands and chargers. We will be using Budget Blinds Nanaimo again and highly recommend them.
