  Wow, and more wow. These guys are amazing. We have dealt with them multiple times over the years, both for personal and business purposes and they are ALWAYS incredible. Price, Service, Quality, all beyond expectation. Always quick to take care of any defficiencies. What more can I say.....wow.

  Found the tile of my vision here! Wonderful selection - all the staff just amazing. Tile Setter Vince did the most Fab job. Cannot rave enough about this place, you must check when you are looking for flooring, carpet or tiles. Wish you all the best for 2026

  Dealt with Melissa at Express to purchase carpet and laminate. Had my installer take measurements for me so I knew what I had to order. Explained to the sales person what I needed based on 12' roll. Ordered and paid. My installer picked up and called me to say that they found Express very unorganized and that we were approximately 4' short. The installer also mentioned they didn’t even cut the carpets for the different rooms just left in one long piece. I called Express and they said that they gave me the invoice which showed the amount that was being ordered based on 13'. I explained that I gave them the amount based on 12' and expected them to calculate on the 13'. She said that it is really the responsibility of the installer to order the product and that they could order the shortfall and would cost approximately another $300 + taxes. They would take no responsibility at all and put it all on me. I would have appreciated if they would have taken some accountability and explained that the installer should be ordering not me. I am now short carpet and cannot have my closet done unless I pay the extra money. Not pleased or impressed. If they had made some sort of effort to take some responsibility it would have made a world of difference. Make sure when using Express flooring that you know what you are doing as they will take no responsibility for any error in order.
