  Poly B water lines replacement Had a great experience with Parky’s (Blair Hudson) replacing all Poly B water lines in my home with Pex piping. Blair did a thorough assessment to see how all water lines could be replaced with the least amount of opening up of walls and ceilings. This was tricky as my home has finished drywall ceilings in the basement. Blair worked fast and professionally and managed to keep required wall openings to a minimum (and needed only one square foot opening of the basement ceiling – in a closet). Blair answered any questions I had and made the overall experience much less stressful than I had expected it to be. Blair also brought the main waterline up to code compliance by installing a pressure regulating valve, dual check valve, and an expansion tank and explained how this adds safety to my home.

  We needed extensive work done after moving into our new (old) home in Field. A crew of 5 came out initially and spent a full day installing a new Lennox furnace, humidifier, water softener and numerous plumbing corrections needed after we moved in. Very professional, courteous, took away all their garbage. A call back was required to make some adjustments on the water softener - we were not billed any extra for this. Great service. Thank you!

  Unfortunately, trying to deal with the service technician is quite the hardship. Trying to communicate with someone who thinks they are smarter than everyone is like talking to a wall. Do yourself a favour and find a company that will assist you when you need it.
