  We had our old windows replaced by Paramount Glass Solutions January 2026. The crew showed up everyday on time, in good spirits and ready to work. Zach always came to say good morning letting us know they were there on site and letting us know when they were leaving at the end of the day. They worked hard and continuously to meet the schedule. We appreciated that Zach and the crew focused on giving us a finished product that we would be happy with and proud of. They were respectful, conscientiously cleaned up, answered all questions we had and took a great amount of precaution to keep the dust to a minimum. They took great care of our home both inside and out. Our house is stucco and we chose to have smartboard trim installed around the windows of the exterior. Rather than place the trim on top of the stucco, Zach spent extra time and a lot of effort to cut into the stucco each piece of trim. The result looks amazing and totally exceeded our expectations. Inside, the sills and casing were also installed with precision and finished with great attention to detail.   First time we used Zach 3 years ago he was great. This time called left message with answering service who took all the info and I waited one week then called again left a message on Zach cell phone and all I got was crickets. Definitely nit the way to run a business. So we went to Armstrong Glass Company and WOW great customer service on the phone and in person. We will be continuing to support Armstrong Glass Company for sure, Follow up I am home 24/7 never ever did get a call back period.

  We are very happy with our new large window installed by Zach and his crew, our old trims from inside and outside were replaced with new trims which makes the house looking much better. We immediately noticed that the house is now keeping the heat properly, no more cold air filtration through the window so we can say that the job was done properly. On the other hand, the cost of the entire service is affordable and competitive, we are glad that we found this company. We really recommend Zach and his crew.
