  when I first went in my salesman was quite easy to deal with, helped me find a nice rug and when I agreed on a product he told me it would take a couple weeks to get it installed. that worked as I had a family event and it should have been installed by then. the company then takes a huge deposit, almost the entire amount and you wait. 3 weeks later it was almost time for everyone to come to my house and I had not heard from my salesman so then I called a few times trying to reach him. it took a couple messages but when I reached him and asked for an install date I was then told that the rug was not in stock and had been backordered. this was news to me as no one called. I asked for a different product so I could have it in time but he just said not possible and did not seem to care. I phoned again a week later and he booked it for another 10 days down the road. I asked if he could do it sooner and was told no, i asked if i could cancel the order and was told yes but they keep all the money. after you pay the deposit all customer service and interest in customer satisfaction is long gone

  We recently purchased a new home with carpets on the second floor that possibly ​date back as far as being original (38 years!). We wanted to change them ASAP so we reached out to Exclusive Floors and were put in contact with Zac. Zac made arrangements for us to go in to the retail store where we met with Rowena, who helped us pick out some carpet samples. Zac came over and took all of the measurements and answered a ton of questions I had so he could give us an accurate quote for the job. Zac had some great ideas that made a dramatic improvement to the look and feel of our home. One of his suggestions was to redo the bottom step of our staircase and box it out all the way to he wall. We hadn't thought of it, but we did it and it looks amazing! I was really happy we were quoted "a la carte" style and could pick and choose what we wanted to have done. It was so helpful to have a quote for the whole job, but be able to remove items that I could do myself to save some money. Zac was very patient with me as we emailed back and forth about boxing out the step and the installation of the spindles for the handrail. He provided a lot of information for me that helped me decide how to proceed with our complicated install. I'm a pretty handy guy so I opted to do everything but the carpet installation myself. Our installers were Eddie, Robin, and Ben. They arrived the morning of the snowstorm at 8am and worked a long hard day until 6pm and got everything finished! We had carpet installed in three rooms, a hallway, and a staircase, and were so impressed they were able to get it all done in one day! The install went pretty smoothly and the carpets look incredible! There were a couple minor flaws in the carpet, but Eddie and Robin came out the next week and revised everything well beyond our satisfaction. They took such pride in the quality of their work and wanted to make sure the install was up to their standards and that we were happy with the installation. Everyone we dealt with at Exclusive Floors were so friendly and professional and did an excellent job! The quote was a little higher than some of the competition but based on the service we got from Zac and Rowena and the positive reviews online, we decided to go with Exclusive Floors because we knew we would be well taken care of. We were not disappointed, and you won't be either! We will definitely use Exclusive Floors in the future for our flooring needs when we renovate our kitchen, bathrooms, and the main floor.
