- DJdhaliwal jasJun 11, 20251.0Worst experience! I rented a power generator from them for my construction site in Lions Bay. Although the generator was marked “ready to rent,” it was not working. It had no pull cord, and the battery was dead, so I couldn’t start it at all. It looked very old and poorly maintained. Because of this, my four workers were left waiting at the job site without being able to work. I also had to drive nearly four hours round-trip to return and replace the generator, which wasted a whole day and delayed my project. My client was very upset, and I had to pay my crew even though no work got done. I paid $245 for this rental, and it caused me a lot of loss and inconvenience.
