  I recently had a emergency call to Mr. Swirl in regards to a leak. My technician name was Mark. He at my house within an hour , he looked at the problem told me the exact cost and repaired it right away. I would recommend Mr. Swirl for any of your plumbing needs. Thanks Mark your awesome.

  Honestly can’t say enough good things about Mr. Swirl. I had an issue that was stressing me out and they handled it fast and professionally. Showed up on time, explained everything clearly, no weird upselling, and the price was fair. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right. Super respectful, clean work, and left everything better than they found it. If you’re debating who to call, just go with Mr. Swirl. Solid company, solid people. I’d 100% use them again.

  Hey, just wanted to drop a quick 5-star review for Mr. Swirl these guys are legit! Had a plumbing issue pop up, and they sorted it out fast, did clean work, and the price was actually fair (no crazy upcharges). Super happy with the service. Love that it's a Canadian-owned company too feels good supporting local. Big props to the owner he's super involved, checks in with the team, and you can tell he cares about his guys and the jobs. Not some big corporate thing. 100% calling them again if needed and telling my buddies. Solid crew! Thanks again! 🚀

  I called in, as we had a water leak above our hotwater tank. Our property manager sent an emergency maintenance team as it was 6am. Our insurance asked us to hire a plumber to get a plumbers report, I called mr swirl, told them we need a plumbers report to send our insurance. plumber showed up late, asked me if there was a report of what the maintenance team did, and asked me to reschedule since he couldn't do anything without it. I got him a report and was charged $100 for a rescheduling fee. The plumber was scheduled for 1pm, he didnt show up unitl 5pm. Stayed for 15min, just looking in the boiler room. I asked for the report prior to paying them, they said they can't send the report until the payment. I sent the payment, and they sent the report. the report wasn't well written, and made it seem like the insurance shouldn't cover us. Saying its wear and tear. I feel we got ripped off, and they just want to get paid. Lose $500+ and gain more headaches. I feel bad for anyone that hire these guys. I wouldn't hire them again. Terrible experience.
