  When we had to undertake significant renovations after some water damage, Kyle and his team were the one bright spot in an otherwise chaotic six months. Kyle helped us make an excellent material selection that has been perfect in our pet friendly home. He walked us through every step of the estimation, planning, and installation while maintaining exceptional communication. He cheerfully accommodated the schedules of other contractors dealing with the flood, including significant unplanned delays. He was a real pleasure to work with. The craftsmen who did the actual installation were efficient, professional, and most importantly produced top-notch work. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the final product. Thanks to everyone involved!

  Due to family illnesses, I couldn’t write a review till more than a year later. We were relocating from Alberta with a house built in Burnaby. After we decided on a laminate floor colour and pattern at the Coquitlam location, we made a deposit there prior to our departure back to AB last May. Since we didn’t need the flooring till at least August or later, we thought we left a clear verbal message with the salesman to NOT order the material till we call him upon readiness to install flooring. We were told previously that it’s only about 2-3 weeks to have the supply brought in. When my husband decided to use the railing company to also do the stairs on their recommendations for matching colour and material and made a deposit, I notified Exclusive Flooring immediately. However, the salesman said they would not make any money without doing our stairs then unexpectedly told us he already ordered our flooring at the time when we made the deposit with them. So as to have our 50% deposit refunded, we needed to pay a $600 +gst restocking charge. At that time, we didn’t think of asking to see the actual invoice to verify our order because we never see any ordered material before we paid the $630 per their request. Please be very careful of your order process with this company. My husband and I are unsure of the accountability and integrity of their business sale approach!
