- EMElizabeth MeyersMay 6, 20251.0Delays. Lack of consultation. Inadequate communication. The floor installer didn't consult with us about issues and ended up messing up. In trying to restore the damaged floor, he applied glue adhesive, leaving a gap and visible glue between the installed piece and the neighbouring boards. When we asked for rectification, Exclusive Floors suggested a cosmetic fix (i.e., re-gluing or using a "filler") — an unprofessional and superficial, bandage cover-up of an error that could've been prevented if they consulted with us from the outset.
