- SWShane WilsonSep 25, 20251.0They rented me a 450 pound plate tamper and told me it was 700 The badge on the unit stated clearly that it’s 205 kg (452lb) When I asked about this they literally said “I don’t know why it says that on there. it’s definitely 700 pounds” No apology, no refund, just denial. Use cooper rentals. They actually care about customers and know their products.
