  I signed up to have my furnace replaced and put a deposit on it. But now I am told that the company is not operational so they cannot proceed with this project. They also told me that they are not able to issue a refund for the deposit so I should call the credit card company and file a dispute. What a terrible way of running a business. No wonder they are not operational!

  Very frustrating experience. Communication has completely stopped, and I’ve been unable to reach anyone regarding ongoing work or next steps. It appears the company has laid off all its staff and no access for them to communicate further to clients . The company is no longer operating as , with no notice or updates provided to customers. This has left both customers and ongoing projects in a difficult position. If you’ve already paid a deposit, I strongly recommend contacting your credit card provider or looking into consumer protection options in British Columbia as soon as possible. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious dealing with this company.

  It's so confusing what's going on right now. People be very careful with this company. I put down $7000 on a deposit for a mini split. I was supposed to get the installation done yesterday and I was told there was a warehouse break in the night before. Now I am reading Mac Nam's comments. Oliver, Roy or Serge have not been returning my calls for two days. Update: I did hear from one of the installers and he and everyone else has been let go. Luckily we used our credit card and we have started a claim with Visa and should get our money back within five business days.

  Awesome!! I have to start with Mo 💯 I will give him 5 stars. Mo is charismatic, professional, easy to talk to, and very personable. JP wonderful assistant to Mo also 5 stars for him! JP was professional, funny, and great at what he does, him and Mo have a great dynamic. Brent was also outstanding, he deserves 5 starts as well. Brent was friendly, welcoming, professional as an electrician and efficient. They all work together really well and it was an awesome day, they made the work so much more enjoyable. Thank you all!!

  Mo, JP and Brent installed a mini-split in my daughter’s unit. And we are all so happy! Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they are also so professional, easy to communicate, great dynamics, and so kind! If you have any questions they explain the answer with patience, clarity and simple ways that we could understand. I would absolutely 100% recommend them to others, we are having them install a unit in our place as well. Thank you so much🙏🙏
