- ECEric COct 7, 20241.0Order to skid steer with a concrete breaker attachment to remove a driveway on a project we had going out. The hydraulic hoses that attach to the skid steer for the breaker were old and damaged causing them to explode and leak hydraulic fluid all over the customer's lawn. This caused this downtime while waiting to have one of their subcontractors come repair it. Spoke with staff at the location and forming them that now we need to replace the lawn as well as dispose of the contaminated soil and grass. Ask for consideration on the bill we had for the rental, no consideration was made nothing was done to make this right and they went ahead and build me the full amount with not even an apology. Moving forward will not be renting equipment from this organization again.
