  If I could give a 0 star I would. The amount of delays was insane. Their very unreliable service. I’m pretty sure their staff stole a lot of our expensive items, they also damaged alot of our items. Definitely would not recommend or trust them.

  Scotty is AMAZING!!!!! Very attentive to detail, always answered calls as this is so stressful he made it a much more pleasant situation and I knew he was taking care of everything!!! Thank you Scotty!!!!!!

  The crews have been very good. However, you have a serious problem with your scheduling person - I believe her name is Karen. Monday, the 2nd, I was told the crew would be here on Tuesday AM early - I understood 9 AM. I set up my day accordingly. A long story short, they arrived at 5 PM. I had phoned several times to find out where they were. I was eventually told that she had left a message that they would be late. Service Master has both my phones - home line and cell. There were no messages on either phone at all!!! Now they have arrived at 5 PM and the Strata does not allow any construction being done after 5 PM. It was not long before my neighbour was up to complain and rightly so. The whole situation was unacceptable. Then, Friday, I received a message that the crew were to be here at 9 AM on Monday. As it was, I was in an operation out at UBC in the AM and did not come to until the PM. I did manage to reply but probably after hours. I did say that I would be home from the hospital by Monday and so the appointment at 9AM as OK. On Monday morning I received another message at 9:13 saying the crew would not be there until 2:30 - OK. At 10:00 AM my buzzer rang and your guy was here to pick up the fan, not 2:30. Fortunately I was in the apartment to let him in. Besides these incorrect messages she contacted me at least twice on the Wednesday and twice on the Friday as she had not heard back. In both cases I was unable to return the messages - one being, I was in the operating room! People do have lives, so having all this screw up of times of when the crews were arriving and constant messaging when I am unavailable, has been most irritating. I hope this problem can be resolved.   Service master was at my place within hours of my leak. Write from the start they were knowledgeable and very helpful. They had so many workers come in and each group had a job. They all did an outstanding job. We couldn’t be more happy with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again.

  No one likes to come home from vacation to find water damage in their home. What I can say is that when Service Master was assigned to my claim, they had emergency roof services dispatched immediately so no further damage would occur. Their other services, including painting, cleanup, etc were excellent. I would recommend Service Master to anyone who needs restoration services.
