This guys have a contract with the building I live in and let me just tell you that every time they come you have to be cleaning after them! They leave their hands with grease in the walls, elevator doors etc. The most important of all thing is since this guys service our elevators they've never worked properly and keep braking every other week! Unfortunately there's not many elevator companies in town, they have kind of a monopoly but i would definitely stay away from this one

Like many other people have said, this company has the worst drivers. This guy blocked anyone from using the passing lane on the Pitt river bridge, tailgated me, and even followed me right through a 4 way stop, even though another car was waiting to go after me. 3 traffic violations in less than 10 minutes. And he didn’t seem very emotionally stable either. Where do you find these losers?

Terrible. Submitted a service request for our over 40 stories building, and was told it will take a month (30 days), before repairs will actually start. So together, it will probably take over 1.5 months. Horrible efficiency. Now our building will rely on 2 elevators for over 400 units. Where is the German efficiency standards?

I echo the sentiments of many of the other people who have posted here. We live in a 49 story building with 7 levels of underground parking. The shortsighted (or parsimonious) developer only put 3 elevators in our building and with many people moving in/out every week, we typically have only 2 for some of each day. Then in late October one elevator kept on breaking down, TKE said it was the fuses but in the end it was the transformer. This has to be made and/or shipped from Germany so we have been down to 2 elevators for 3 months. When there is a move, only 1 elevator is available and it typically overheats due to volume of traffic and/or number of people jammed in. Service from management is non-existent and wait times for a technician are long. They have a monopoly so it seems they don't care!

“Move Beyond” must mean moving beyond common sense, basic safety, and any respect for other people on the road. One of your company vans, vehicle #19174, was driven in an aggressively reckless manner on the highway. At high speed, your driver cut me off with zero warning or consideration for stopping distance. I was operating a heavy company truck that does not brake quickly, something any competent commercial driver should understand. Your employee turned that situation into a completely unnecessary safety hazard. This wasn’t a minor lapse or an honest mistake. It was impatient, careless driving that would be unacceptable from a private vehicle, let alone a branded commercial one representing a professional company. The branding was clearly visible, which makes this even worse. When a driver behaves like this while advertising your business, it reflects directly on your training, supervision, and company culture. Commercial drivers are supposed to reduce risk, not create it. Cutting off heavier vehicles at highway speeds is exactly how serious accidents happen. If this is the standard you allow on public roads, it raises serious concerns about how seriously you take safety, accountability, and basic responsibility. Management should be reviewing the behavior of driver #19174 and re-evaluating driver training before this kind of conduct leads to injuries, damage, or worse. A company that puts its name on vehicles should expect to be judged by how those vehicles are driven.
