  Exclusive Floors provided us with some amazing service while replacing our flooring. Chris, the salesperson did an excellent job providing us with the quote and lining up the install. Kevin, Ethan and Taylor were outstanding with the removal of the old flooring and then the install. They were careful not to damage the walls and baseboards and their attention to detail was fantastic. Our floors are now properly levelled! We are so pleased we went with Exclusive Floors.

  Super helpful. I was told by another flooring business the laminate that I needed was discontinued. These guys could get me what I need in less than a week.

  After my condo’s AC malfunction caused significant floor damage, Cypris Plaza and the Exclusive Floor team consulted on the flooring selection and installation. Exclusive was exemplary throughout the process, and I was especially impressed with Cypris’s professionalism, courtesy, and the quality of the installers’ work. The renovations were completed smoothly, on schedule, and without any complications.

  I'm a few months late posting this review, but wanted to share that we had an all-around wonderful experience with Exclusive Floors! Lisa is such a gem, she helped us with choosing new flooring for our front entrance, kitchen, and laundry room. Our home has been in my family for 55 years, so choosing the right flooring really mattered to us. She came to our home, truly listened to our hopes (and budget), and suggested options that were a perfect fit. She has a real gift at what she does! We couldn't possibly love our new flooring more than we do! We highly recommend Lisa! Also, our unique floor plan was a challenge, but Kevin (their installer) handled it with incredible skill and precision. We truly couldn’t be more thrilled! Exclusive Floors for the win! 😁

  We're absolutely thrilled with the new hardwood flooring installed by Kevin from The Exclusive Floors in our loft. The beautifully framed kitchen floor tiles and the area surrounding the fireplace have exceeded our expectations. We're pleased to have had Kevin work on our project, and we're delighted with the outcome. Working with Shelley Brodeur, our interior designer from Exclusive Floors, was an absolute pleasure. Her expertise in selecting the perfect color for our kitchen tiles and hardwood flooring was invaluable. Shelley's patience, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Exclusive Floors in for their exceptional work.
