  They get 5 star plus out of 5 for the emergency response stage when damage initially occurred. They get 5/5 for the Repair work which was done very professionally & well by all who came in to restore the damage. We would have given them 5+ for restoration if it wasn't the length of time from damage control to the point restoration could be done. For a 4-6 week complete job from start to finish it was 3 months before completed. Part of this was the 4 week approval from our adjuster to get the restoration approved & started. Then almost 2 months to get restoration started & finished in 6 days. We'd still highly recommend them, just expect delays.

  They were sent out for a restore/repair job via our insurance company. While initially responding fairly quickly, they packed up way more of our stuff then was needed, and never informed us of how to go about retrieving our things if we need them. We finally phoned them as it’s now been 2 months (mainly our insurance company dragging their feet, but they have left their unused equipment here as well, and have not proceeded with any repairs at all yet) and asked where we can retrieve some of our things we are very much missing. We were told to expect an email with a detailed document list that has still never arrived. Overall, not impressed.

  My wife and I had a steely shot at our kitchen window Service Master came asset the situation ordered the glass. All persons we dealt with were very professional and approachable. It took a little longer to get the glass & have it installed than we thought it would take, but a service person came from Klein Windows & completed the job within 35- 40 minutes. Great repore Highly recommend Service Master.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arnold Stoffer did an excellent job with the emergency equipment setup. He was professional, efficient, and very clear in explaining everything. The work was completed smoothly and on time. Highly appreciate his support and would definitely recommend his services.
