Following a burst waterline in my bathroom that resulted in water flowing from the top floor of my townhouse all the way down to the garage, the team with ServiceMaster did an absolutely amazing job repairing and painting my ceiling and walls, replacing the lighting and flooring, and repairing the plumbing in the bathroom. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, consideration, and timely expertise getting the three-month job done.
Very professional and quick to get the job done. Excellent team and they let you know what to expect! Definitely will use again and recommend.

We had a very good experience with this company. They responded quickly to a leak in our kitchen, troubleshooting and remediating the problem in a timely manner. Once the restoration work began, the trades all showed up when we expected them, were courteous and friendly and did a great job. The cleaners/unpackers Donna and Nancy were particularly helpful and went above and beyond, being very thorough.
The one thing that happened was an accidental scraping of our newly refinished floor when the appliances were moved back in which delayed the finish of the project. This was disappointing to say the least, but they noticed it themselves and had the floor resanded and refinished within a week or so and were very apologetic.
I would recommend them as a company that is attentive, sympathetic and competent during a stressful time.

I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience with the demo portion of my basement restoration after the water damage. Shane, Dan, and Darcy were absolutely amazing—professional, courteous, and thorough. They made sure I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated.
I would also like to recognize the moving crew, led by Silvino, who was incredibly attentive and ensured that all of our personal items were handled with the utmost care and respect. Sati, Jot, Richard, Kiko, Irish, and Charmaine worked exceptionally hard packing our belongings, and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and effort.
Overall, I’m so grateful that ServiceMaster Restore was able to assist during this very stressful time. Your team’s professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made the entire experience much less overwhelming.

On the morning of Aug. 27th, we discovered a damp spot on the laundry room floor. Upon further investigation, we could see water was running down from the ceiling and wall to the floor. We immediately called ServiceMaster and were put in touch with Dan Turnbull, a field project manager. We explained our situation, and he suggested a plumber to do the emergency repairs and mitigate the damage. Later that day, Dan arrived on site to inspect the damage and took moisture readings and pictures of the affected areas. Soon afterwards a team showed up with protective floor coverings, fans and dehumidifiers to again mitigate the damage and prevent the growth of mold.
The leak was found to be caused from a Poly-B failure in the ceiling between the bottom and upper floors. We decided it would be prudent to remove and replace all the Poly-B in the house, as future failure was bound to happen. Dan Turnbull guided us through all the steps, from plumbing, drywalling, flooring, painting, and finishing. There were times when multiple trades were on site at the same time, we found all of them to be courteous and work well together.
In the end, we are happy with the outcome and would recommend ServiceMaster for prompt and efficient repairs.
