In my opinion, the company's motto is lie and believe it. they can't keep up with the competitor Sunbelt Rentals, I don't recommend this office to anyone, United Rentals may be a good company, but it's not the office of the Yuma branch. I repeat once again, they are disrespectful and li. On google maps they say opening at 6:00, but the door says 7:00 a.m., Marquis has proven that they are lying. In a word, I recommend that you avoid this dirty dust nest as much as possible, where the main thing is the scam, and not the service of the people.

The gal said I’m not sure but I’ll price the rental at $50 vs the $65. When Husband went to return device after just a few hours his bill was $65. My husband spoke to the same gal as on the phone. She told the manager, I believe it was Dave, that she quoted $50 on the phone . He said rudely we don’t give military discounts ! It’s $65! Ok if your quoted a price AND the person that quoted it repeats it in front of manager it should’ve been honored. This made my husband too mad to even waste his time arguing. This could have been handled more professionally. Yuma is a military town and a large number of Veterans. You could have said sorry I can’t give you a discount but I sure thank you for your service and my freedom to run a business.
