They went out and discovered issues from the initial installation of our ducts by another company. They quickly got it fixed. Our personal AC recently had an issue and they were out and fixed the issue on the same day. All of this work has been reasonably priced. They have definitely earned my business!

My Experience, On 6/17/23 Came home to a silent home Approximately around 11PM, no a/c blowing and a high temp on my thermostat. Immediately i was concerned for my Wife's and children's comfort. or no one being available for immediate service and the upcoming day weather temperatures . Slept through the night and decided to call Hyatt the upcoming Morning!!!!- 6/18/23 approximately 7:00AM. Spoke to “Cody” explained my situation “Considering it was a Fathers day. Cody said don’t worry, Your A/C unit has warranty and had someone sent out within a hour or less. By 10am my House was cooled and A/C fixed. Changed out a BLOWER!!! Shoutout to Cody and Hyatt for providing immediate service on Fathers day, every mans Nightmare!!!

A real asset to Yuma, professional, punctual, explains issues and fixes so you understand exactly what and why they do what they do when performing repairs or other services. If your AC, heating unit, or you just need your ductwork sealed, don't waste your time with other contractors. You just won't get the same quality results!!!! A very satisfied customer on more than one occasion!
