- NMNicole MabanteDec 5, 20251.0Dyer electric did a lot of work at my house during a renovation. When a piece of glass for a new lantern broke, they paid to replace it, but after it arrived to be installed, told me they'd have to charge for the house call. Dona said, she was willing to stop by when they were in the neighborhood, but that call never came. They installed a new outlet in the kitchen that smoked after two years, which I paid someone else to replace. One of the recessed lights that they installed flashes periodically, and for some reason they were never able to figure out how to get the new doorbell to make an audible ring. I asked them to reconnect the original remote to a new fan they installed, because it had more functionality, but they couldn't figure it out.
