We’re extremely happy with the high quality of the new door! Anthony, Trevor and AJ were friendly and very professional. AJ’s workmanship of the installation was meticulous.

Technician Wes arrived on time and ran a complete diagnosis. We needed to replace many parts and Wes was able to do a big overhaul without problems as he carried a huge inventory in his van. End result; complete satisfaction and a more stable system with quieter door motion.

Then he got to work, his method was methodical and thorough. When the replacement door was ready for installation he began dismantling the existing garage door. Additional supporting systems were installed; cameras, keypad. He was focused on the task @ hand, but always ready to answer questions or explain function/features. The job was competed in the expected time period and setting up the new door remotes, cameras, keypad and app for monitoring was a breeze. The work area was cleaned, the new door was operational and all supporting equipment functioned as advertised. Solid performance by AJ and A1 Garage Door.
