  Very knowledgeable with the garage doors. Fast and was on top of everything. Needed more remotes programmed at the end of a long day as t he sun is going down. No problem he said. Need more people like this guy in the world. Proce was VERY fair. I highly recommend this company and employee. GIVE HIM A RAISE LOL

  I contacted A1 Garage and Doors this Easter Sunday morning to request repair assistance, and this was the most professional, pleasant, and productive experience from the initial contact on the phone to the completion of the repairs. After the call, Dion promptly sent a confirmation email, and within less than an hour, I received a call and text from Caden Jones introducing himself, including an anticipated arrival time. I was extremely impressed by Caden's punctuality, his professionalism, his passion for his work, the coordination he conducted with his colleagues, and his dedication to safety and excellence which he effortlessly demonstrated during this garage door repair assignment. Caden Jones is definitely a valuable asset and awesome ambassador for A1 Garage. I am very pleased with the interactions, experience and outcomes with this company and I highly recommend them.

  We were overdue for a maintenance check up and Marco Miranda not only checked everything out, but gave some good advice and information on future replacement needs. Great "bedside manner" and took time to talk through various options and "educate" us on a future replacement for our 26+ year old garage door. For someone who has only been with A1 for a few months, he's a good representative and represented A1 very well.

From start to finish, Marco was the epitome of a professional. He arrived right on time (perfect timing) and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the features of the new system and ensuring everything was balanced and operating perfectly before he finished. Not only was his technical work top-tier, but he was also exceptionally courteous and took care to leave the workspace spotless. It is rare to find such a combination of expertise and great customer service. If you need garage door work done right, I highly recommend asking for Marco. Five-star service all the way!"

  Louie is a top notch professional! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, listened well and answered all of my questions. He inspected the garage door and surroundings and showed me areas of concern. What impressed me most is how he had listen to my dream listen and my nice-to-have list. I was given 4 plans but they didn’t fit into my budget. Louie said we can customize projects too and we worked together to get just the items on the dream list and left off the other. It was the best of both worlds. I was able to get my must-have item at a budget that won’t cause to second guess my decision or have buyer’s remorse. The entire process was thoroughly enjoyable!
