  Micah of Serrano's is pleasant, polite, and communicative. A good timekeeper. We are quite satisfied with his viewing, reading the HVAC system functions, and recommendations for future service. The charges for the service were fair and we definitely recommend Serrano's for other users, quite happily. They will be a future servicepoint for us whenever the system requires adjustments and repairs.

  "Man, these guys at Serrano's Heating and Cooling are lifesavers. Triple-digit temps, AC dying, called 'em sweating bullets, and boom, they showed up quick as a monsoon. No upsell, just friendly faces, fast fixes, and cool air flowing again. Feels like family walking in. If you're melting out here in Arizona, they're the ones who'll make your home an oasis. The owner, Roman is such a sweetheart! His team too! Thank you—truly, from our sweaty hearts!"

  Micah was my service rep for a ductless mini-split installation, and I really appreciated his genuineness and professionalism. He never tried to oversell me and was very honest with his recommendations. At one point he realized the wiring would be more complex than a typical job and even suggested that I might want to hire an electrician for that portion, which I really respected. He was straightforward, efficient, and didn’t waste time. On the day of the installation, he and the owner Roman came out and completed the job smoothly and professionally. On top of that, no one in town could beat their price. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish with Roman and Micah at Serrano’s Heating and Cooling. From the very beginning through the completion of the job, their communication and workmanship were outstanding. They clearly know their craft and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. They consistently kept my husband and me informed about what was happening and what to expect next, which gave us great peace of mind during what could have been very stressful. We are extremely grateful for their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in Tucson!
