  I returned from a trip to plumbing issues. It was late and Donaldo came out to help clear a clog. He made a couple attempts but was unable to. He came back the next morning with Yannik and determined where there was blockage in the main line but were still unable to get through it. They had Ian come out to hydrojet the line and it was determined there was a root ball that had blocked up the pipe. All 3 were very knowledgeable and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I couldnt appreciate all the help Donaldo, Yannik, and Ian did to make sure the problem was solved and what work is needed still. The price for their service is also reasonable.

  Very thankful for the understanding from the Rooter Ranger team! They were considerate of our time and got us taken care of within a couple of hours of my initial call. All of the staff on their team were so kind and friendly.

  I had such a great experience and so happy with the service. Alex and Yannik were very knowledgeable fast and efficient. They answered all my questions and communicated well through out the process.

  Timely, honest, and straight to it! Great and informative technicians A real Underpromise and over-deliver type situation Came out late and made sure we were squared away. All the hike being affordable and following up the very next day Will be referencing, and going through these guys for the foreseeable future
