  Arthur leads the team with confidence and Encouragement. . On the occasions when I heard or saw team communication all worked well together and were focused on their particular part of the project. The floor was covered in drop cloth, out door area with removal of the “old” was left tidy. The thermostat operation was explained to usage. Set at 76! ( on the old I set 74 as that what seemed to be needed. The new unit at 76 was much cooler than the ofl 74. 👍🏻 Arthur was also helpful for the very last stage: help me close the final part of the small loan I applied for. 👍🏻 I am very happy with the entire Rite Way experience. . From Eans explaining what would be done, to the entire installation ! All perfect gentle men it was a happy day For me, knowing this project was completed with skilled craftsmen who work for a company that appreciates excellence In their employees. Patricia

  UPDATE 4/10/2026 - Thanks to Angela from Rite Way Plumbing who was out today to clear a clogged drain. She is friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service to get the drain back in working order. She was extremely thorough to make sure no other plumbing was affected once she cleared the drain. We appreciated her respect for our home, explanations along the way and reminding us of the additional plumbing benefits we have with Rite Way VIP membership. Job well done Angela - thank you! Thanks to Trey Peterson and Rene Munoz for their excellent customer service and attention to detail during service for our spring HVAC tune-up. They communicated throughout the process and were respectful of our time and our home. We appreciated their recommendation to add a soft start kit to our 3 year old unit and explaining in detail how this would assist in lowering the start-up amperage therefore decreasing the stress on the unit and helpful in extending the life of the compressor. We are grateful for both these men who are knowledgeable, professional and wonderful representatives of Rite Way. Thank you Trey and Rene – well done!

  Ian, Evaluator with Rite Way came to discuss the pros and cons of purchasing a new AC unit or repairing the existing unit. Ian was very informative, answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. A wealth of information! I selected to go with a new AC once all the pros and cons were clearly outlined for me. Thank you Ian for all your patience and time. I would highly recommend Rite Way and Ian for all your heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Also, Cory, Technician came out to deep clean my mini split. He was very knowledgeable, couriteous and also took the time to explain the what and why of his activites. He stayed unti the job was taken care of and cleaned up. Again, I highly recommend Rite Way for your heating,cooling and plumping needs. A great company that really values quality service and customer satisfaction.

  We just had Rite Way come out and help us with a plumbing issue in our kitchen. Our main sink basin would back up from time to time while washing the dishes, and we were having trouble using the disposal because it would end up filling up our dishwasher and it would end up leaking out. Carlos was our technician and he was fantastic! He explained everything he was going to do and gave updates whenever he would move on to the next step. Carlos also gave us knowledge about plumbing issues and what to look out for in the future so we can better assess what the issues might be. He is full of insight. He ran a snake through and ended up finding some blockage in the pipes, which he was able to clear out. Only time will tell to see if it rectified our problem, but as of right now, it seems everything has been resolved. Carlos offered phenomenal and friendly service, and I can’t thank him enough for everything he did and taught me. Thank you, Carlos!

  The time had come for a preemptive replacement of our HVAC system. The existing system was 15 years old and beginning to strain during the Summer cooling cycle. It was reasonably well maintained by another HVAC company, but that cost of maintenance and costs of their services in general were becoming untenable. Time for a change. Over the years I have had several plumbing repairs in my house performed by Rite Way. They were expensive, as these services can be. They were fixed right (Rite) the first time though, which is their company banner and promise. I began the process with an estimate produced by a Rite Way Senior Project Manager, Eric. He gave me four systems from which to choose, and I easily found the best one for my budget. A little over a week later their installation team was here to make the change, led by Chris who kept me informed and in the loop during the process. The removal and replacement took most of the day. The team was very aware of cleanliness as large HVAC pieces were carefully removed and replaced. The install even included the repair of a long-standing intake air insufficiency problem that was expertly handled by several senior members of the installation team. A little over a month later I had the final Rite Way service of duct cleaning performed by Omar. He insured that only a minimal amount of dust and dirt escaped his cleaning process, which was completed in a little over an hour. I am very impressed by the quality of service provided by the knowledgeable technicians at Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, and I plan to keep doing things the "Rite" way with their maintenance programs.
