I went the kit solution because the toilet is 17 years old. Brandon stressed that if the kit was not the correct one to bring it back! It was the correct kit. Customer service plus!

Ferguson still honored my warranty even though the new install was done by another plumber. It was amazing service the whole time and I was so thrilled to be saving hundreds of dollars thanks to their willingness to communicate with my new plumber and stand by their guarantee. Amazing company.
