Whether I receive good service or bad, is usually never enough to persuade me to get on here and share the experience I had with a company. However, dealing with Sunbelt rentals flooring solutions, more specifically, the gentleman named Rick, who took care of me every step of the way was definitely the outstanding service needed to persuade me to do exactly that; right this review. Rick absolutely went above and beyond exceeded any and all expectations. I had renting a piece of equipment. Even though the first piece of equipment I received did not work. He was very fast to get me a new piece of equipment without any problems or questions did not charge me for the time I had that equipment and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience it caused. Simply put, Rick from Sunbelt Rentals Flooring Solutions exceeded all expectations. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism were truly exceptional. Despite a minor issue with the equipment, Rick swiftly rectified the situation, even offering a discount for the inconvenience.
