  I would like to say thank you to Sunbelt and more specifically Rene at Sunbelt. We were having a Celebration of Life for my Brother-in-law at my uncle’s house. We had a tent for everyone to be in but it was going to be over 100 degrees. We decided to rent some ac units and picked Sunbelt. Well when we hooked them up the first one worked without a problem. Then came the second one (Which was a bigger unit) it started fine but then kept tripping the built in breaker. This was the day before the service/ dinner so we were pretty worried. I called Rene and explained to him the situation, without hesitation he asked the address of the unit and said he would be there shortly. Being it was 6:30 in the afternoon I was very surprised. He not only showed up but he had a back up unit in the truck. He started to trouble shoot it and figured out it was the extension cord we were using. It was thick enough for the 1st unit but not the second one as it was putting out more power. He not only figured that out but had a bigger cord with him. Well needless to say, that fixed the issue. We recommend Sunbelt to anyone looking to rent equipment and really appreciate Rene for going above and beyond for us. Thank you guys and going forward we will always go to you for any equipment rental needs we may have.

  We had a skunk odor problem in our house after our dog that got sprayed ran inside. After researching we decided an ozone generator would work to abate the odor. Ben at Sunbelt was absolutely the best customer service agent I've ever had. He asked questions about the layout of our home, gave clear and concise instructions on how to place the equipment, and just made us feel at ease with what we needed to do. It worked too! He called us after we returned the equipment to see how things went. At the store Rene helped us load the equipment and he too was awesome, kind and concerned about what we needed to do. Rene gave us instructions in how to use the generator. Awesome team! Thanks, if we need any climate control help in the future, we'll definitely come to your business. Thanks.

  Was charged 2800 bucks when we only used a dehumidifier for a couple of days, we just couldn't get them brought back. No break from these guys. Disappointing

  Shane was very helpful and their prices were competitive / better than other places. They were more flexible than big box stores (e.g. Home Depot). All communication was quick and professional. Thank you!
