    Great at taking appointments. Not so great at showing up or ever contacting to reschedule. I assume adding "Southern Arizona" to their name is to come off as local but I was told they were busy with a job in California. The woman that actually did the scheduling was very friendly and seemed like she was actually doing something so I can't blame her. So she gets all three stars which is more than I'd like to give. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Skylights and roof are being taken care of elsewhere.

    Dan and his crew were very professional. Completed the job efficiently using the best materials. Price was higher than other bids, but the quality shows. Very pleased with the end product.

    If you need a roofer, look no further. Southern Arizona Roof Associates gets the raving 5 star review. The company owner, Dan Thatcher, is the most honest and accommodating person I have ever met in this business. I’ve had 3 roofers in the past and none of them were reliable or knew their business. Dan's company is a 3rd generation local family run business. All of their work is of the highest quality. Southern Arizona Roof Associates is the only roofing company I be will recommending in the future.
